    摘要: PURPOSE: A fullerene-based polymer and an electroluminescent device using the polymer are provided, wherein the polymer is prepared by simple method, is soluble in an organic solvent and can be mixed with other polymers easily. CONSTITUTION: The fullerene-based polymer is represented by the formula 1, wherein R1, R2 and R3 are independent each another and are H, an aromatic or aliphatic alkyl or alkoxy group of C1-C22, an aryl or aryloxy group of C6-C18, cyano group, cyanoethyl group, an alkyl or aryl derivative of silicon, tin and germanium; X is diacetylene, diethynyl aryl or divinyl aryl group, or a single bond; and n is an integer equal to or greater than 1. Preferably n is an integer of 1-1,000. The electroluminescent device contains a luminescent layer comprising the fullerene-based polymer and other polymers.

    摘要: PURPOSE: Provided are an electroluminescence polymer which has high solubility to organic solvent and excellent electrooptical property, and a method for producing the same. CONSTITUTION: The electroluminescence polymer is represented by formula 1(wherein R is a linear or branched aliphatic alkyl group having C1-C21, and n is an integer of 10-1000). The method comprises the steps of (i) reacting methoxyphenol with 2-bromo-p-xylene in the presence of catalyst, to introduce 1,4-dimethylbenzene into hydrogen position of alcohol group, and subsequently replacing the methoxy group with hydroxy group; (ii) reacting the reaction product from the step(i) with a linear or branched alkyl bromide in the presence of catalyst, to introduce an aliphatic alkoxy group in the hydroxy position, and subsequently reacting it with N-bromosuccinimide to introducing a bromomethyl into 1,4-position of backbone; and (iii) polymerizing the reactants in the presence of potassium t-butoxide.

    摘要: PURPOSE: Slurry for polishing an oxide layer in a chemical mechanical polishing(CMP) process is provided to improve a polishing characteristic, by controlling particles not smaller than 0.7 micron and by strictly controlling metal ions contained in a slurry solution. CONSTITUTION: At least one additive of 0.0001-0.1 weight percent is selected from a group of fumed silica of 5-25 weight percent, deionized water of 75-95 weight percent, a pH control agent of 0.1-0.5 weight percent, an alkaline component, a quadrivalent ammonium compound and surfactant for cutting. The additive is mixed in a high shear mixer. The mixture is filtered to remove the impurities in the mixture and silica particles not smaller than 10 micrometer. The mixture is scattered by a high pressure to make the silica density uniformly scattered in the scope of 8-25 percent. The filtering process and the scattering process are repeatedly performed. The mixture is filtered to eliminate particles not smaller than 700 micrometer.

CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of reacting a 2,7-dibromo-9,9-dialkylfluorene with an organometallic compound in an ether-based solvent to obtain a 9,9-dialkylfluorene; reacting the 9,9-dialkylfluorene with formaldehyde gas to obtain a 2,7-bishydroxymethyl-9,9-dialkylfluorene; purifying the 2,7-bishydroxymethyl-9,9-dialkylfluorene and reacting the purified one with chloro compound to obtain a 2,7-bischloromethyl-9,9-dialkylfluorene; reacting the 2,7-bischloromethyl-9,9-dialkylfluorene with a storing base to obtain the 9,9-dialkylfluorene-vinylene homopolymer represented by the formula 1; and polymerizing a different kind of 9,9-dialkylfluorene-vinylene monomers to obtain the fluorene-vinylene-based copolymer represented by the formula 2. The fluorene-vinylene-based copolymer is represented by the formula 1 or 2, and has a number molecular weight of 1,000-200,000 and a mass average molecular weight of 10,000-1,000,000, wherein R, R', R1 and R1' are the same or different each another and are an aliphatic or alicyclic alkyl or alkoxy group of C1-C22 or an aryl or aryloxy group of C6-C18, n is an integer of 10-3,000 and m is an integer of 10-3,000.
