본발명은수중유에멀젼을안정화할수 있는반고상고분자유화제에관한것으로, 본발명에따른폴리글리세롤-폴리(ε-카프로락톤) 블록공중합체는, 균질화에보다적은에너지를사용하면서도나노에멀젼의형성이용이하고, 형성된나노에멀젼을장기간안정화시킬수 있어, 화장품또는의약품에사용할수 있다.
Abstract:
친수성 핵산 유전자를 유기용매에 가용화시키고, 이를 소수성 미립자에 봉입한 제어방출형 유전자 전달용 복합체와 이의 제조방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 유전자 전달용 복합체는 소수성 분자로 그래프트된 양이온성이며 친수성 고분자; 및 유전자가 유기용매 혼합물 상에서 결합되어 형성되는 유전자 복합체가 유기용매 상에 분산되어 나노입자 내로 용이하게 봉입되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

PURPOSE: An siRNA hydrogel for gene targeting with a three-dimensional network structure is provided to stably and efficiently deliver a gene into a cell and to ensure high biocompatibility. CONSTITUTION: An siRNA hydrogel for gene targeting with a three-dimensional network structure has structural formula 1 or 2. In structural formula 1 or 2, X1, X2, and X3 are a sense siRNA monomer in which a first functional group is introduced; Y1, Y2, and Y3 are an antisense siRNA monomer in which a second functional group is introduced; A exists or does not exist, A is a crosslinker or a polymer if A exist; and n is an integer. The sense siRNA monomer or the antisense siRNA monomer has 13-60 nucleic acids.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for preparing porous macromolecule supporter using foaming salt is provided, which supporter is used to regenerate tissue cells in biologic tissue technology. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of dissolving biodegradable aliphatic polyester macromolecule in organic solvent to prepare the macromolecule solution with high viscosity; mixing the macromolecule solution with foaming salt to prepare the macromolecule gel; removing organic solvent from the macromolecule gel; molding the macromolecule gel to desired form and size; and dipping the macromolecule gel in aqueous solution of high temperature to exude the foaming salt and foaming it. Preferably the biodegradable aliphatic polyester macromolecule is poly(L-lactic acid), poly(glycolic acid), poly(D,L-lactic acid-co-glycolic acid), poly(carprolic acid), poly(hydroxybuthyrate) or mixtures thereof, of the molecular weight more than 1,000.
