摘要: 발명은 일체화 성형공정으로 제작되는 자동차 범퍼빔의 원재료인 테일러 튜브의 제조방법을 개시한다. 본 발명은 레이저 용접 구조를 갖는 상기 테일러 튜브의 제조 불량률은 용접선 추적기능과 플라즈마 센서가 부착된 레이저 용접장치로 최소화된다. 상기 테일러 튜브 제조방법은 제1 두께를 갖는 제1 플레이트와 상기 제1 플레이트의 양단에 제2 두께를 갖는 제2 플레이트 2장을 레이저 용접을 사용하여 맞대기 용접하여 테일러드 용접 블랭크를 형성하는 제 1단계; 상기 테일러드 용접 블랭크를 튜브 형상으로 마는 제2 단계; 튜브 길이방향의 맞대기 조인트를 레이저 용접하는 제3 단계로 구성된다.
또한, 하이브리드 레이저 용접방식으로 튜브의 성형성을 향상시키는 방법도 포함한다.-

摘要: PURPOSE: A method for strengthening stiffness of steel sheet for automobile using laser strengthening capable of attempting weight reduction of precision molded parts for automobile and improving strength of matrix of the steel sheet, and a molded part fabricated through the method are provided. CONSTITUTION: The method is characterized in that stiffness is given to the steel sheet by forming a specific shaped fusion pattern fused onto the surface of steel sheet matrix by heating through a pattern forming means in order to reinforce stiffness of a specific region of the steel sheet(400) for automobile, wherein stiffness is reinforced by directly irradiating a laser beam onto the steel sheet matrix through a welding head having superior Nd:YAG laser beam convergence to form a fusion pattern(401) through heating or forming a fusion pattern on the surface of the steel sheet matrix(400) through a welding head capable of forming a fusion pattern(401) on a relatively large area although convergence is lower compared to the former welding head, and the method not only reinforces stiffness, but also reduces weight without using of any separate member since stiffness is improved as structure of the fusion pattern part is being reinforced compared to other parts by directly heating the steel sheet matrix for automobile, thereby locally forming a fusion pattern.

摘要: PURPOSE: A bumper for a vehicle and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to reduce the weight of the vehicle and the number of press works by forming the bumper through a welded tailored blank. CONSTITUTION: A bumper for a vehicle comprises the first rail(60) and the second rail(80) welded to the first rail(60). The first rail(60) includes the first plate(50) having the first thickness, the second plate(52) attached to one end of the first plate(50) and having the second thickness different from the first thickness, and the third plate(54) attached to the other end of the first plate(50) and having the third thickness different from the first thickness. The second rail(80) includes the fourth plate(70) having the fourth thickness, the fifth plate(72) attached to one end of the fourth plate(70) and having the second thickness different from the fourth thickness, and the sixth plate(74) attached to the other end of the fourth plate(70) and having the sixth thickness different from the fourth thickness. The second rail(80) is coupled to a chassis of the vehicle by bumper stays(10,20).

摘要: 테일러드 용접 블랭크를 사용한 자동차용 범퍼 빔 및 그 제조 방법이 개시되었다. 상기 범퍼 빔은 제1 및 제2 레일(60, 80)을 갖는다. 상기 제1 레일(60)은 제1 플레이트(50) 및 상기 제1 플레이트(50)의 양단에 각각 제공되는 제2 및 제3 플레이트(52, 54)로 구성되며, 상기 제2 레일(80)은 제4 플레이트(70) 및 상기 제4 플레이트(70)의 양단에 각각 제공되는 제5 및 제6 플레이트(72, 74)로 구성된다. 상기 방법은, 이종 두께를 갖는 3개의 강판을 정해진 치수로 재단하여 절단하는 단계, 강판 중의 하나의 양단에 나머지 두개의 강판을 레이저 용접을 사용하여 맞대기 용접하므로써 테일러드 용접 블랭크를 형성하는 단계, 상기 테일러드 용접 블랭크를 2개 이상 제공하는 단계, 상기 테일러드 용접 블랭크들을 성형하여 제1 및 제2 레일을 형성하는 단계 및 상기 제1 및 제2 레일을 서로 용접시키는 단계를 구비한다. 상기 범퍼 빔은 레일들 사이에 별도의 보강재를 설치할 필요가 없으며, 따라서, 범퍼 빔의 무게가 감소되며, 재료가 절감되고, 생산 원가가 감소된다.

摘要: According to the present invention, a method for forming a microstructure comprises: a step for generating a laser beam from a laser oscillator; a step for focusing the laser beam after passing the laser beam through a scanner and a lens; a step for changing laser energy per a unit area by separating the surface of the mold as far as a working distance which is farther than the focal distance of the lens; and a step for processing the surface of the mold while scanning the surface of the mold with the laser beam by using the scanner. The microstructure in the form of a convex lens is formed in the surface of the mold to correspond with the scan area of the laser beam.

摘要: PURPOSE: A manufacturing system of flexible circuit board which uses a laser and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to easily form a micro pattern on a board. CONSTITUTION: A board(10) includes a roll to roll device(100), a laser device(200), and a plating device(400). The roll to roll device includes a supply roll(110) which supplies a board in which a metal compound is dispersed in a base material. The laser device irradiates a laser to the board which is supplied from the supply roll, decomposes the metal compound, and forms a seed pattern on the board. The plating device forms a circuit pattern on the seed pattern by dipping the board in which the seed pattern is formed by the laser device and performing an electroless plating.
