Abstract: Cement manufactured by using a gap phase of a controlled clinker is provided to reduce an exhaust of carbon dioxide, to save energy and to protect environment by reducing a fuel-used quantity and using lime stone having lower quality. Cement is manufactured by synthesizing a clinker of which a lime saturation factor(LSF) is 91 and an A/F ratio(aluminate to ferrite) is 0.15~0.30 or the LSF is 90 - 85, a silica modulus is over 2.5, an iron modulus is below 1.5 and the A/F ratio is 0.15~0.30. An SO3 content of the clinker is controlled to 0.5~1.0 weight%.

A low temperature solvent formation for the steel manufacture refining using the quenched blast furnace slag contains calcium aluminate based minimill refining slag 60~84 weight, the metal aluminum 8~16 weight%, and the fly ash 4~16 weight% and quenched blast furnace slag 4~12 weight%, and performs the followings: a process where it transports the minimill refining slag generating during the minimill steelmaking process and the minimill refining slag separately cools; a process of smashing the cooled minimill refining slag to the size less than 50mm; a process of pulverizing the crushed minimill refining slag as described above to the size less than 3mm; a process of selecting to the minimill refining slag exceeding with 3mm; and a process of removing the ferric oxide from the minimill refining slag less than 3mm selected in the screening process.

Abstract: A high fire resistant inorganic binder composition is provided to secure the structure stability and the fire-resistance of high strength concrete at high temperature caused by fire, thereby preventing the sectional loss and explosive spalling of the concrete structure. A high fire resistant inorganic binder composition comprises 5-20 wt.% of fly ash, 5-20 wt.% of meta-kaolin, 35-70 wt.% of fine aggregate, 5-15 wt.% of an alkali stimulant and 5-10 wt.% of an alkali silicate solution. The composition further comprises at least one selected from the group consisting of an aqueous polymer dispersion, an organic fiber, anhydrite, calcium oxide and slack lime. A fire-resistant board is prepared by using the composition.

A fire-resistant spout paint composition(40) comprises cement 5~30 weight%, fly ash 10~30 weight%, alkaline solution 5~30 weight%, aggregate 30~70 weight%, clay 5~30 weight%, organic fiber 0.1~1.0 weight% and polymer dispersion 1~5 weight%. The alkaline solution is potassium hydroxide or NaOH having pH of 12 ~ 14 and a concentration is 1 ~ 6 mol/L. The organic fiber is polypropylene fiber, polyvinyl alcohol fiber and polyethylene fiber or nylon.

Abstract: A self-cleaning penetrating performance improver for protecting the surface of concrete, and a method for constructing the surface of concrete by using the improver are provided to improve the durability of the surface of concrete and to prevent the whitening of the surface of concrete. A self-cleaning penetrating performance improver comprises a first coating solution which is coated on the surface of concrete; and a second coating solution which is coated on the surface of the coating formed after drying the first coating solution. The first coating solution comprises lithium silicate; calcium silicate; 0.1-0.2 wt% of an aluminum-based curing agent; and deionized water, wherein the ratio of lithium silicate and potassium silicate is 10-7 : 0-3 by weight and the first coating solution has a viscosity of 5-50 cP and a silica content of 5-15 wt%. The second coating solution comprises lithium silicate; potassium silicate; 0.1-0.5 wt% of an aluminum-based curing agent; and deionized water, wherein the ratio of lithium silicate and calcium silicate is 3-7 : 7-3 by weight and the first coating solution has a viscosity of 20-200 cP and a silica content of 10-30 wt%.
