    摘要: 본발명은내마모성및 균열저항성이우수한조강개질시멘트콘크리트조성물및 이를이용한도로포장보수·보강공법에관한것으로, 조강형결합재 1∼45중량%, 잔골재 5∼80중량%, 굵은골재 5∼80중량%, 기능개선혼화제 0.01∼30중량% 및물 1∼40중량%를포함한다. 상기조강형결합재는보통포틀랜드시멘트 20~90중량%, 칼슘또는마그네슘설포알루미네이트 3~45중량%, 트리칼슘알루미네이트시멘트 1~30중량%, 이산화규소 1~30중량%, 석고 1~20중량%, 하이드록시탄산마그네슘 0.1~20중량%, 알루민산스트론듐 0.01~15중량% 및알루미노실리케이트 0.01~15중량%를포함하고, 상기기능개선혼화제는메틸메타크릴레이트-스티렌공중합체 30∼99중량%, 폴리에틸렌옥사이드 0.1∼30중량%, 메틸아크릴레이트-비닐아세테이트공중합체 0.1∼25중량%, 부타디엔고무 0.1∼25중량%, 플루오린실란 0.1∼25중량%, 폴리칼본산계감수제 0.01~10중량% 및실리콘계소포제 0.01~10중량%를포함하는것을특징으로하는것이다. 본발명에의하면, 포졸란반응에의하여시멘트의초기수화및 조직의치밀화를촉진하여밀실한콘크리트를만들수 있어콘크리트의내마모성및 부착강도를개선하며, 특히팽창재와수축저감제를사용함으로써건조수축에의한표면균열및 팽창파괴현상을방지하는효과를얻었고내구성을크게향상시킬수 있다.

    摘要: PURPOSE: An ultra-high performance fiber reinforced concrete composition is provided to prevent micro-cracks in a matrix by using a linear single fiber, and to secure high crack resistance to macro-cracks by using a twisted filament. CONSTITUTION: An ultra-high performance fiber reinforced concrete composition uses a hybrid steel fiber. The hybrid steel fiber comprises a reinforcing fiber with a circular cross section and a reinforcing fiber of a twisted cross section. The reinforcing fiber with a circular cross section is used as a single fiber and the reinforcing fiber with a twisted cross section is used as a filament. The hybrid steel fiber has a length of 20-150 mm and a diameter of 0.16-0.30mm. The reinforcing fiber with a twisted cross section has 2-12 twisting times per 35 mm. A manufacturing method of the ultra-high performance fiber reinforced concrete comprises the following steps: a hybrid steel fiber is mixed with a mixture of combined water and mortar; and the mixture of the hybrid steel fiber, combined water and mortar is wet cured and steam cured. In the mixing step, the hybrid steel fiber is combined at 1-5 vol% to 100vol% of the whole concrete.

    摘要: A crack repairing agent composition for construction and a crack repairing method thereof are provided to show excellent water resistance and alkali resistance and to improve adhesion strength and crack-resistant flowing operation. A crack repairing agent composition for construction is composed of 40-60 parts of acryl emulsion, 50-70 parts of filler, 0.1-2 parts of thickening agent, 0.1-0.5 part of thickening sub-agent, 0.01-0.2 part of pH adjusting agent, 0.1-1 part of cross-linking promoter, 0.01-0.5 part of plasticizer and 0.5-3 parts of flow-resistant agent. The solid content of the acryl emulsion is 40-70wt%. The acryl emulsion shows pH 6.5~8.5 and 100~300cps of viscosity. The particle size of the acryl emulsion is 0.2mum or less.
