Abstract: 본 발명은 자외선 경화성 피복용 수지 조성물에 관한 것으로, 특히 폴리카보네이트 수지 성형품의 표면 피복을 위해 유용한 자외선 경화성 수지 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 자외선 경화성 피복용 수지 조성물은 (a) 1 분자 중에 에테르 결합 및 1∼2개의 아크릴로일옥시기를 가지고, 분자량 130∼700인 1∼2 작용성 단량체 10∼70중량%, (b) 지방족 우레탄아크릴레이트 올리고머 5∼60중량%, (c) 분자량 1만∼20만의 메틸메타아크릴레이트 중합체 10∼30중량% 및 필요에 따라 첨가되는 (d)1분자 중에 3개 이상의 아크릴로일옥시기를 갖는, 분자량 250∼700의 다작용성 단량체 5∼50중량%로 이루어진 도막 형성 성분 100중량부에 대하여, 광중합개시제 2∼10중량부, 자외선 흡수제 2∼20 중량부를 배합한 조성물이다. 본 발명의 자외선 경화성 피복용 수지 조성물에 의하면, 장기간의 옥외 사용에 있어서도 뛰어난 내손상성, 밀착성, 내크랙성을 가지는 도막을 얻을 수가 있다.

Abstract: A resin composition for an aqueous coating material that includes a propylene-butene resin component and/or propylene-ethylene-butene resin component (A), and a (meth)acrylic resin component (B), wherein the mass ratio between the propylene-butene resin component and/or propylene-ethylene-butene resin component (A) and the (meth)acrylic resin component (B) is within a range from 15:85 to 75:25. Also disclosed are a method for producing such a resin composition and an aqueous coating material. The present invention is able to provide a resin composition for an aqueous coating material that is useful as a binder within an aqueous coating material that uses no organic solvents or chlorine compounds, and yet exhibits excellent adhesion to polyolefin-based resins and is capable of forming a coating film that is resistant to discoloration and exhibits favorable resistance to the oils contained within gasoline, cosmetic products and foodstuffs and the like, and is also able to provide a method for producing the resin composition and an aqueous coating material that uses the resin composition.

Abstract: Disclosed is a resin composition for aqueous coating materials containing (A) a propylene-butene resin component and/or a propylene-ethylene-butene resin component, and (B) a (meth)acrylic resin component. This resin composition for aqueous coating materials is characterized in that the mass ratio between (A) the propylene-butene resin component and/or the propylene-ethylene-butene resin component and (B) the (meth)acrylic resin component is from 15:85 to 75:25. Also disclosed are a method for producing such a resin composition and an aqueous coating material. The resin composition for aqueous coating materials is useful as a binder for an aqueous coating material which enables to form a coating film, that is hardly discolored, while exhibiting excellent adhesion to a polyolefin resin and good resistance against oils contained in gasoline, cosmetic products, foods and the like, without using an organic solvent or a chlorine compound.
