    摘要: An image registration for employing a locally-weighted fitting scheme is provided to register 3D images into a map based on the confidence level of map coordinates and/or image coordinates. 3-D images for organs of a human body are received. The 3-D images include the first image points having image coordinates. A map that is used to determine the distribution of physiological parameters for the organs is received(72). Each confidence level is matched with at least one map coordinate and one image coordinate. A weight value is allocated to the map point and the image point based on the confidence level of the map coordinate and the image coordinate. Geometry transformation between the map coordinates and the image coordinates is obtained based on the weight value, so that the map is matched to the 3-D image(78).
