The mixture is inserted a mold and pressed into a molded product(S12). The molded product is carbonized(S13). The carbonized molded product is worked mechanically(S14). Melted silicon is permeated into the worked molded product(S15). The worked molded product which permeated by melted silicon is polished(S16).
