    摘要: PURPOSE: A method for disposing solid wastes using a molybdenum-vanadium(Mo-V)-based catalyst is provided to effectively eliminate dioxins which are generated from the entire process of incineration. CONSTITUTION: Solid waste is introduced into an incineration furnace with an Mo-V-based catalyst in order to eliminate dioxins generated from incinerated ash. Activated charcoal is supplied to a wasted heat-based boiler in connection with the incineration furnace in order to eliminate dioxins from exhaust gas. The incinerated ash is classified by particle sizes. The classified ash is washed to eliminate aqueous chlorides. The washed ash undergoes a carbonating process to eliminate non-soluble chlorides.

    摘要: A catalyst-sorbent which concurrently removes H2S and NH3 under the same operating conditions in one process, and which is regenerated is provided, a process for preparing the catalyst-sorbent is provided, and a gas purifying system and a gas purifying method using the catalyst-sorbent are provided. A molybdenum based catalyst-sorbent for concurrently removing H2S and NH3 comprises: 2 to 80% of an active component comprising Mo, Ni or Co; and 20 to 98% of a support component for dispersing the active component. Further, the support component is Al2O3 or AlPO4. In a gas purifying system for removing H2S and NH3, a gas purifying system using a molybdenum based catalyst-sorbent for concurrently removing H2S and NH3 comprises an H2S/NH3 concurrent removing system(3') and a catalyst-sorbent regenerating system(4'), wherein the H2S/NH3 concurrent removing system is configured such that the molybdenum based catalyst-sorbent comprising: 2 to 80% of an active component comprising Mo, Ni or Co; and 20 to 98% of a support component for dispersing the active component flows into the H2S/NH3 concurrent removing system in a temperature range of 550 to 700 deg.C and under a gas composition comprising 0 to 7000 ppm of NH3, 0 to 15000 ppm of H2S, 0 to 30 vol.% of H2, 0 to 30 vol.% of CO, 0 to 30 vol.% of CO2 and the balance of N2, and the catalyst-sorbent regenerating system is configured such that the molybdenum based catalyst-sorbent saturated with sulfur-absorbing capability flows into the catalyst-sorbent regenerating system in a temperature range of 650 to 700 deg.C and under a gas composition comprising 3 to 10 vol.% of O2.
