    Abstract: 본발명은 Urea-SCR(Urea-Selective Catalytic Reduction) 시스템을장착한차량의엔진으로부터배출되는배기가스에함유된암모니아를질소로전환할수 있는촉매및 제조방법에관한것이다. 자세하게 Urea-SCR 시스템을장착한차량의배기가스중에 Urea(요소) 용액이분사되면분사된 Urea는배기가스의온도에서암모니아(NH)로분해되어배기가스에포함된질소산화물(NOx)과함께 SCR 촉매장치에유입되고, NOx는 N로처리된다. 본발명은상기배기가스에포함된암모니아가 SCR 촉매에서 NOx를 N로처리하고미처반응에참여하지못하고 SCR 촉매를빠져나온암모니아를대기로방출되기전 SCO(Selective Catalytic Oxidation)반응을통해질소로전환할수 있는촉매에관한것이다. 본발명의상기촉매는지지체에담체를코팅하고이 담체에팔라듐과, 망간또는니켈을담지한것을특징으로하는암모니아선택산화를통한질소전환촉매및 이의제조방법에관한것이다. 또한상기촉매를암모니아선택산화촉매로이용한암모니아를저감하는방법에관한것이다.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A catalyst which is used for transforming hydrocarbon feedstocks, particularly hydrogenating, and a method for hydrogenating using thereof are provided. CONSTITUTION: A catalyst comprises: (i) at least one metal of group VIIB; (ii) at least one hydro-dehydrogenizing metal which is among the non-noble metals of group VIII and/or of group VIB, preferably molybdenum or tungsten; and (iii) at least one porous matrix which is generally of the amorphous oxide or broadly crystallized type. The catalyst also contains silicon, boron or phosphorous and it can optionally contain at least one halogen. The catalyst is used for transforming hydrocarbon feedstock which is selected from the group consisting of gasoline, gas oil, vacuum gas oil, de-asphalt treated or non-treated pitch, paraffin oil, wax and paraffin and is able to contain at least one hetero atom of S, O or N and at least one metal.

    Abstract: The invention relates to catalysts for the methanation of carbon monoxide, which comprise metal-doped nickel oxide of the composition (in mol%) (M1)a (M2)b Nic Ox where a = 0.1 to 5 mol%, b = 3 to 20 mol% and c = 100-(a +b) mol% and M1 comprises at least one metal of transition group VII or VIII of the PTE (= Periodic Table of the Elements) and M2 comprises at least one metal of transition group III or IV of the PTE. The catalysts can be used as pure catalysts or as supported catalysts, if appropriate applied as coatings to an inert support body. They display high conversion and high selectivity and are used in methanation processes of CO in hydrogen-containing gas mixtures, in particular in reformates for operation of fuel cells. The catalysts of the invention can be prepared by precipitation, impregnation, sol-gel methods, sintering processes or by powder synthesis.
