본 발명은 압연 로울러(4, 5)를 조절하기 위한 장치로서 유압 조절 잭(6)과 함께 장착된 롤 스탠드(1)의 진동을 감지하기 위한 방법에 관한 것이다. 유압 조절 잭은 고정부에 관하여 가동부의 위치를 측정하기 위한 센서(64)를 구비하며, 이러한 센서는 디지틀 신호(POS)를 공급한다. 본 발명의 방법에 있어서, 진동은 위치 신호(POS)의 직접 관측에 의해 감지하며, 스패티오-템포럴(Spatio-temporal) 윈도우(F)와 비교하여 감지되고, 그 크기는 감지될 주파수의 함수로서 결정된다. 본 발명에 따라서, 다른 진동 현상을 감지하기 적절한 다른 관측 윈도우(F)를 형성함으로써 가능하다. 탠덤 밀에 있어서, 각각의 롤 스탠드(1)의 유압 조절 잭(6)의 위치 신호(POS)는 본 발명의 방법에 따라 관측되며, 이는 각 스탠드에서 감지될 진동을 개시하게 할 수 있으며 감지될 현상의 개시를 대기시킬 수 있다.

The invention relates to a method and device for controlling the final thickness of a rolled product (b) at a tandem rolling mill exit which make it possible to remove the cyclic defects of the product thickness variation. The inventive method consists in using at least one rolling stand (4) provided with hydraulic adjustment means (45) located on the tandem rolling mill exit and in compensating the cyclic defects of the product thickness variation generated upstream through the entire rolling mill on said stand with the aid of an adjuster (R) co-ordinated with the frequency of defects. Said invention is particularly suitable for tandem cold rolling mills producing metal strips. According to said method, the thickness defects are detectable by means of a thickness sensor (J 5). To provide an apparatus for controlling skewness and deflection leveling of strip in hot rolling process, the apparatus capable of leveling the deflection or skewness of strip by promptly and accurately detecting deflection or skewness generated from strip threaded at a high speed within a short time. In an apparatus for controlling skewness and deflection leveling of strip(1) in hot rolling process having a plurality of rolling stands(24-1¾¬24-7) comprising side guides(23) installed at the input side of a rolling mill, and AGC(automatic gap control) cylinders for controlling a roll gap between drive side and work side of the rolling mill, the apparatus comprises: a first skewness detection camera(31) for photographing strip threaded in front of a first rolling stand(24-1); a skewness amount detection means(33) for calculating skewness extent of a top part of strip to be inputted by processing images of the first skewness detection camera; a side guide setup setting means(34) for resetting position of the side guides based on the skewness extent detected in the skewness amount detection means; a side guide driving means(35) for moving the side guides to positions set in the side guide setup setting means; an indication means consisted of roll gap up down push buttons of reference sides per rolling stands to impress signals of pushed buttons to the deflection control part; a deflection control part(36) for calculating a roll gap control amount of the first rolling stand for deflection prevention from the skewness extent of the top part of strip by receiving an output signal of the skewness amount detection means and calculating a roll gap control amount for deflection prevention per rolling stands according to manual up/down instructions after leading strip into a second rolling stand(24-2); and an AGC cylinder driving means(37) for driving respective AGC cylinders of the work side and the drive side of a relevant rolling stand using the roll gap control amount set in the deflection control part.

PURPOSE: A system for real-time monitoring output voltage of automatic voltage regulator for hydraulic roll positioning device is provided to stably control thickness of strip in cold rolling by sensing abnormal indication of the automatic voltage regulator in advance and operating accurate protection circuits at a proper time. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises DEU (DC power supply unit)(10) which is installed in an HYROP (hydraulic roll positioning device) control panel, and in which an AVR (automatic voltage regulator) for supplying HYROP control power supply is installed; an AVR output power supply monitoring part(20) for protecting the AVR itself and real-time transmitting analog and digital data to PLC (programmable logic controller) by detecting output voltage of the AVR; a CTU (control unit)(30) for controlling an inner part of the HYROP by receiving DC power supply from the DEU; an SCU (sequencer unit)(40) for taking charge of interface with external instruments by receiving DC power supply from the DEU; a PIU (printed circuit board unit)(50) which receives DC power supply from the DEU, and on which CPU (central processing unit) and an analog and digital input/output PCB (printed circuit board) are mounted; an STU (serial transfer unit)(70) installed in the HYROP and the high level PLC respectively to carry out mutual serial communication; a high level PLC (programmable logic controller)(60) for giving operation instructions to the HYROP, real-time monitoring operation results and determining whether or not to operate cold rolling mill based on results detected in the AVR output power supply monitoring part of the HYROP; and an HMI (human machine interface)(120) for monitoring and operating operation information of the cold rolling mill and the HYROP supplied from the high level PLC.

PURPOSE: An apparatus for controlling zero point of roll gap in mill stand using hydraulic pressure is provided which enables rolling to be done using hydraulic pressure even when screw down motor is broken down by automatically setting roll gap using moving distance measured values of screw down motor and cylinder up/down operations of servo unit. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a motor/cylinder control part for controlling operation of screw down motor(79) and cylinder(82); cylinder holding parts for holding the cylinder when selecting zero calibration by operating/setting part(12); a cylinder operating hydraulic pressure/motor switching control part for setting upper and lower limits of cylinder operating hydraulic pressure output during breakdown of the motor by judging whether motor is broken down or not, operating cylinder distance when completing zero calibration and switching output of cylinder operating hydraulic pressure and screw down motor according to operation results of control values of control part(1) and holding output values of the cylinder; a cylinder operation control part which is switched according to control of the cylinder operating hydraulic pressure/motor switching control part and performs up/down and zero calibration of the cylinder according to control of the motor/cylinder control part; and a motor operation control part which is switched according to control of the cylinder operating hydraulic pressure/motor switching control part and carries out up/down and zero calibration of the screw down motor based on an error between the preset value and rolling force values according to control of the motor/cylinder control part.
