    Abstract: The present invention relates to a casting wooden pattern with wood cores for assembly and disassembly. In a casting wooden pattern where a first wooden pattern module and a second wooden pattern module are assembled, a wood core is integrally fixated to an adhesive surface of the first wooden pattern module, and a wood core inserting groove to which the wood core is inserted on an adhesive surface of the second wooden pattern module which is closely attached to the adhesive surface of the first wooden pattern module. A forming part corresponding to the shape of the end of the wood core fixated to the first wooden pattern module is indicated in order to form a wood core inserting groove in the second wooden pattern module, and the wood core inserting groove is formed by cutting a groove along the forming part. According to the present invention, when an unskilled worker assembles multiple wooden pattern modules, which compose wooden patterns for assembly, the unskilled worker is able to form simply a wood core inserting groove which a wood core is inserted into for fixating a position between wooden pattern modules. Since almost no tolerance of a wood core and a wood core inserting groove exists, a mold of an even form can be massively manufactured by accurately assembling wooden pattern modules.
