Abstract:
The present invention relates to a casting wooden pattern with wood cores for assembly and disassembly. In a casting wooden pattern where a first wooden pattern module and a second wooden pattern module are assembled, a wood core is integrally fixated to an adhesive surface of the first wooden pattern module, and a wood core inserting groove to which the wood core is inserted on an adhesive surface of the second wooden pattern module which is closely attached to the adhesive surface of the first wooden pattern module. A forming part corresponding to the shape of the end of the wood core fixated to the first wooden pattern module is indicated in order to form a wood core inserting groove in the second wooden pattern module, and the wood core inserting groove is formed by cutting a groove along the forming part. According to the present invention, when an unskilled worker assembles multiple wooden pattern modules, which compose wooden patterns for assembly, the unskilled worker is able to form simply a wood core inserting groove which a wood core is inserted into for fixating a position between wooden pattern modules. Since almost no tolerance of a wood core and a wood core inserting groove exists, a mold of an even form can be massively manufactured by accurately assembling wooden pattern modules.

PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing a casting mold for an impeller and the impeller manufactured thereby are provided to improve a workability for manufacturing the mold by successively arranging a covering bottom core using a guide plate installed in a central bottom core. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing a casting mold for an impeller comprises the following steps of: spreading a floor sand(111) in the inside of a lower bottom frame; preparing a wooden pattern matching a lower center side of an impeller to form a central bottom core with a cavity; forming the central bottom core on the floor sand inside the lower bottom frame using the wooden pattern; preparing a covering bottom core(122) in multiple pieces to arrange in the outside of the central bottom core; and completing the bottom core by arranging the covering bottom core around the outside of the central bottom core.

PURPOSE: An apparatus for producing a sand core for moulds is provided to improve moulding components, which can't be taken from the moulds easily, particularly the accuracy of the dimensions and to produce the coating plague of a grinder in commercial quantity at an economical cost for minimizing the finishing process. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for producing a sand core for moulds includes the steps: preparing for a moulding model(10) of the same component made up of several elements(10a,10b,10c) which is taken out of the mould; having the model(10) positioned in the closed box(14); producing the sand core for moulds(16) by filling the surrounding space of the model(10) after blowing sand into the box(14); removing the element(10a) and/or the elements which is taken from the mould; emptying the sand core for moulds by moving the elements, which can't be taken from the mould, horizontally.

PURPOSE: A solid pattern for a bell mouse is provided to quickly manufacture a solid pattern with a shape of bell mouse at one without separation of an upper mold and a lower mold. CONSTITUTION: A molding method using a solid pattern comprises: a step of separating an upper piece inside a separation part(6); a step of separating the separation part; a step of separating the upper piece together with an upper mold by being put into a hollow part(4) of a solid pattern frame(1); a step of coupling the upper piece, the upper mold and a lower mold. The upper piece and the upper mold are molded by an upper frame. The lower piece is molded by a lower frame.

PURPOSE: Provided is an investment casting for use in super alloy turbine engine components such as blades, to make a shelling process simple and easy to perform for any one. CONSTITUTION: The investment casting for use in blades among super alloy turbine engine components, in which a blade has an air foil(28) and a root(26) to be fixed onto a disk, includes the steps of: forming a plurality of molding sections, each having an inner surface for forming at least one blade; assembling a plurality of the molding sections; and introducing a melted alloy to the molding sections. A blade pattern assembly(20) includes cores(40) formed in many positions, a blade pattern(22) formed on a metal supporting plate(44) and is supported by a grain starter(30), a feed path pattern(24), and a downsprue connector(52) is attached to a downsprue(54).
