    摘要: The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a manhole cover. More specifically, an apparatus for manufacturing the manhole cover includes: an auxiliary part having a fitting groove formed at the center of a top surface thereof and a coupling protrusion protruding from the center of the fitting groove; a core part having a coupling groove fitted around the coupling protrusion and a circular fitting protrusion having a lower end fitted into the fitting groove; a manhole cover part provided on the top surface of the auxiliary part so that a molding space is formed inside an outer circumference of the core part; a transfer cylinder to transfer the manhole part; and a cover which covers the core part and an upper portion of the manhole cover part and has an introducing port allowing casting to be introduced into the molding space. Contraction can be prevented in a molding process, and a molded product can be easily separated from a mold. An operating motor having a cam is installed in an operating space formed in the auxiliary part, and a strike protrusion is formed on a manhole cover member. Accordingly, the manhole cover member transferred through the driving of the operating motor is struck, so that the manhole cover is vibrated, bubbles are moved upward, and the molded product can be easily separated from the manhole cover.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a mold system for commonly casting a porous panel and a general panel formed of an aluminum material. The mold system comprises: a press and blind type common mold having a forming surface on which multiple first protrusions (110) for forming first recessed parts (11) on the underside of an upper plate (10), a first melting furnace (101) for forming lattice ribs (15), and a second melting furnace (102) for forming the edge part (16) of a panel body (P) are mounted; a press type exclusive mold (200) for a porous panel using a pair with the common mold (100) and having second protrusions (210) for forming second recessed parts (12) corresponding to the first recessed parts (11) of the upper plate (10) which perfectly meets with the first protrusions (110), or which protrude at a predetermined height to have a predetermined gap (l) therebetween; and a blind type exclusive mold (300) for a general panel using a pair with the common mold (100) and having an intaglio forming part (310) at a predetermined depth (a) to make the forming surface entirely flat so that a predetermined thickness of a wall can be formed above the first recessed parts (11) of the upper plate (100). The present invention can reduce costs for a mold and can facilitate the storage, maintenance, and repair of the mold by selectively applying one of the press type exclusive mold (300) and the blind type exclusive mold (300) to the common mold (100) depending on the types of panels produced. Also, the present invention can reduce working hours and the loss of manpower by rapidly replacing the mold because the mold can be attached and detached; thereby increasing productivity and reducing production costs.

    摘要: The present method relates to a casting mold and a casting method using the same, which is capable of casting a pair of single scroll turbo housings at the same time. The mold for casting a single scroll turbine housing comprises: a first outer shape and a second outer shape where a space part is formed for molding the turbine housing by reciprocity combining the shapes; a neutral part, which is equipped in the space part; an injecting path, which is formed in one side of either the first outer shape or the second outer shape; a first mold including an inflow pipe conduit which connects the injecting path and the space part; and a second mold, which is similar with the first mold. A pair of single scroll turbine housings is casted at the same time by forming an injecting pipe conduit which molten metal is injected into since the first mold and the second mold are reciprocity combined to face each injecting paths. The space part includes: a cavity for providing a space for molding the turbine housing; a scroll riser gate, which is formed in a scroll part of the cavity; and a manifold riser gate, which is formed in a manifold part of the cavity. The neutral part includes: a supporting neutral part, which is equipped in one side of the cavity; a first subsidiary neutral part, which is equipped in an upper part of the supporting neutral part; a second subsidiary neutral part, which is equipped in one side of an upper part of the first subsidiary neutral part; a cap neutral part, which is equipped between the supporting neutral part and the second subsidiary neutral part; a volute neutral part, which is equipped between the supporting neutral part and the first subsidiary neutral part; and a third subsidiary neutral part, which is equipped in the other side of an upper part of the first subsidiary neutral part.

An insertion groove on which a hanging sill is formed that is protruded with inclination to one side and a penetration hole, where the fastener penetrates, is formed in the transfer passage; and the control part is installed by the fastener which penetrated the penetration hole being slide-inserted in the insertion groove. The insertion hole is formed in which the fastener that penetrated the penetration hole of the transfer passage in the back of the control part.
