    摘要: PURPOSE: Dimensional stability and flame retardant characteristic improvement processing method of timber are provided to improve the dimensional stability and the flame retardant characteristic of the timber using water solubility melamine resin having the concentration of 25-35% and water solubility flame retardant. CONSTITUTION: Mixture is formed by mixing water solubility melamine resin and water solubility flame retardant. The mixture is impregnated in timber by a vacuum press method. The water solubility melamine resin has the concentration of 25-35% in a state the water solubility melamine resin is attenuated by water. The water solubility flame retardant has the concentration of 25-35% in a state the water solubility melamine resin is attenuated by the water.

    摘要: PURPOSE: Formulations used for production of wooden material or wood composites containing monophenolic compounds are provided. CONSTITUTION: A formulation composed of 3% Imidachloprid, 20% IPBC, 15% 2-phenyphenol and 62% other components (solvents) was incorporated in the adhesive. Concerning combination ratios, the above mentioned formulation was added to the adhesive at 1.86, 2.13, 2.40 and 2.67 parts in weight in 100 parts in weight of melamine urea co-polymer resin adhesive (Product name: Oshika Resin PWP-60, Oshika Shinko), 18 parts in weight of flour, 12 parts in weight of water and 1 part in weight of hardening agent so that the finished plywood contain 1400 g/m¬3, 1600 g/m¬3, 1800 g/m¬3 and 2000 g/m¬3 of the formulation. A plywood was produced by coating the adhesive formulation at 36 g/900 cm¬2.
