PURPOSE: A device for inserting a reinforcing rod of a hydraulic block forming machine automatically is provided to insert the reinforcing rod into the a forming frame of the hydraulic block forming machine and to apply it to a landscape architecture blocks, the road boundary stone and the rod type material by exchanging a forming frame of the hydraulic block. CONSTITUTION: The device for inserting the reinforcing rod of the hydraulic block forming machine automatically includes a reinforcing rod inserting instrument(40), a forward/backward instrument(50), a scraping instrument and an injury preventing instrument. The reinforcing rod inserting instrument(40) inserts the reinforcing rod into the regular depth of a forming frame(22). The forward/backward instrument(50) conveys the reinforcing rod inserting instrument(40) to the upper portion of the forming frame(22). The scraping instrument removes mortar, which is supplied to the upper portion of the forming frame(22) with surplus. A reinforcing rod automatically inserting instrument(B) is inserted into a press instrument(A), so that the injury preventing instrument inserts the reinforcing rod into the forming frame(22) correctly.

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of band-free type concrete pile is provided to reduce the use of raw materials by manufacturing concrete piles in a separated state instead of attaching a metal band to both ends of the concrete pile, thereby improving the productivity and securing the product competitiveness. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of band-free type concrete pile comprises the following steps: a build-up process for installing a steel bar in a lower molding frame in a state that bands are arranged on both ends of the lower molding frame; an injecting process for injecting a concrete mixture into the lower molding frame; a frame forming process for binding an upper molding frame which forms the upper part of the lower molding frame, and combining the upper molding frame with the lower molding frame; a pulling process for fixing the steel bar in an elongated state; a centrifugal process for molding the frames in a pile form by rotating them; a curing process for making the pile have a fixed strength by curing with vapor; and a demolding process for separating the upper and lower molding frames and separating the pile completed in the lower molding frame. After the demolding process, a band separating process for separating the band placed on the both ends of the completed pile is performed. PURPOSE: A solid graining artificial timber formed with a cement concrete and a method of manufacturing thereof are provided to easily manufacture an artificial timber for constructions of a Korean tradition house. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing solid graining artificial timber comprises the following steps of: peeling an outer cover or a material timber and shaping(S01); drying the material timber(S02); smoking the surface of the material timber with fire(S03); forming an original form of an artificial timber by enhancing on the surface of a concavo-convex form using an electronic grinder equipped with an iron brush(S04); forming a frame for the original form of the artificial timber by spreading a resin on the outside and solidifying(S05); placing a concrete to the frame and hardening(S06); and removing the frame from the completed artificial timber(S07).

PURPOSE: Provided is a method of connecting and molding decorating pieces in the roof support structure of Korean traditional house. CONSTITUTION: The process comprises: making several insert holes (3) of iron bar near the connecting part (2) of decorating pieces to the main support system (1); providing some nut holes (4) near the insert holes for fitting molds to the main structure of wanted style; completing decoration mold by bolting flanges of the symmetric half molds of decoration through connecting holes; putting decoration mold to the connecting part (2) of the main support system (1) so that the nut holes (4) are in alignment with connecting hole of the mold flanges and fixing them with bolt; applying concrete on the iron bar which is inserted through hole (3) of the main structure (1) and hardening the concrete and finally dismantling bolts to separate the half molds to complete the whole structure.

본 고안은 자연석 무늬를 가지는 식생블럭의 제조방법 및 그 제조장치에 관한 것으로, 바인더의 상부에 철근을 위치시킨 후, 컨베이어를 이용하여 하부실린더부의 상부로 이동시키고, 상기 바인더가 하부금형 내부에 위치하도록 하부실린더를 승강시켜 철근이 하부금형의 고리부에 걸리면, 상기 하부실린더부에 의하여 바인더가 하부금형의 하단까지 하강되는 준비단계와; 원료공급통에 저장된 콘크리트몰탈을 하부금형의 상부로 적정량만큼 공급시킨 후, 상부실린더부 및 하부실린더부에 의하여 연동되는 상부금형 및 바인더에 의하여 동시에 상하측에서 가압하는 성형단계와; 상부실린더부에 의하여 상부금형이 하강함과 동시에 하부실린더부에 의하여 받침대인 바인더와 함께 성형된 식생블럭이 하강되는 탈형단계와; 하강된 바인더 및 식생블럭이 컨베이어에 의하여 이송되어 소정의 공간에서 양생되는 것에 의하여 완제품인 식생블럭이 제조되는 완성단계로 자연석 무늬를 가지는 식생블럭이 성형되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a mold for manufacturing precast concrete, characterized by comprising: a bed table put on the bottom; side boards installed on both sides of the bed table; multiple reinforcing bars arranged in the inside of the bed table and the side borads; and a plate having a through-hole formed thereon suitable for the numbers and locations of the reinforcing bars and the reinforcing bars are inserted into the through-holes, and additionally comprising corns which are inserted into the through-holes of the reinforcing bars in order and which are fixedly coupled by a mutual female-and-male combination by being inserted into the inner and the outer sides, respectively, on the basis of the plate. Accordingly, the corns inserted to be coupled into the through-hole of the plate are coupled by a female-and-male combination to be fixed, and thereby, sufficiently displaying a function of separation prevention by itself such that an additional fixing pipe is not needed as in the past. As such, simplying its constitution provides effects of reducing production costs and improving assembling properties.
