    摘要: PURPOSE: A device for fastening tension bars to the top end and the bottom end of an electric pole, and a method for manufacturing an electric pole using the same are provided to prevent residual stress in tension bars by performing an arc welding process instead of a cutting process. CONSTITUTION: A device for fastening tension bars to the top end and the bottom end of an electric pole comprises a top end plate(800A), a bottom end plate(800B), and tension insert bolts(700A). Both ends of tension bars(900) are in contact with the inner surface(840A) of the top end plate and the inner surface(830B) of the bottom end plate. The tension insert bolts are penetrated through insertion holes of the top end plate and the bottom end plate. Spiral parts(920) of the tension bars are coupled to spiral parts of the tension insert bolts.
