    摘要: The present invention relates to a sound absorbing material with improved heat-resistance and formability, of which a heat-resisting material made by impregnating a non-woven fabric made of heat-resisting fiber into a binder is laminated on one surface of a common base layer made of a sound absorbing material as a surface layer, and a method of manufacturing the same. The sound absorbing material of the present invention improves noise absorption, flammability, thermal isolation, and heat resistance, compared with the common sound absorbing material. In particular, the surface layer can be applied as a contact surface to the portion which is maintained at a temperature of 200°C or higher, and the surface layer can be formed to have a wanted shape while the binder impregnated into the surface layer is cured. The sound absorbing material of the present invention can be applied to various industrial fields of electric appliances, such as an air conditioner, a refrigerator, a washing machine, and a lawn mower, transportation appliances such as a vehicle, a vessel, and an air plane, or construction material such as a wall material and a flooring material.

    摘要: A recycled material producing apparatus using waste materials is provided to collect and burn steam and harmful gas generated in melting the waste materials, through three spots and to maximize the discharging of harmful gas by using different screws. A recycled material producing apparatus(100) using waste materials is composed of an input hopper(112) and a discharge port(113) formed at a housing(111) having a heating furnace(125), and a transfer screw(114) transferring the waste materials and having a forward screw(115) formed from the input hopper to the adjacent part of the discharge port and a reverse screw(116) formed at the rest end portion in the opposite direction of the forward screw. A first collecting pipe(121) communicating with the housing to suck steam is installed at the input hopper of the transfer screw. A second collecting pipe(122) communicating with the housing to suck the harmful gas is formed at a part where the forward and reverse screws cross each other. A dust collector(120) having a burner(123) for burning up the collected harmful gas is installed at the upper part of the first and second collecting pipes.
