摘要: The present invention relates to a vacuum cylinder having improved opening and closing accuracy, durability, and responsiveness for a vacuum shaper. Accordingly, a vacuum shaper, as a technical object of the present invention, uses a pneumatic system to periodically repeat formation or elimination of a vacuum or a releasing operation, thereby shaping an object, such as a packaging material, through a vacuum shaping process, and is characterized by comprising a vacuum valve and a vacuum cylinder which are connected to a vacuum tank through a circuit, wherein when the vacuum cylinder is opened and closed using the vacuum valve, a cushion body (a seal) having a circular ring shape forms an enlarged surface-contact seal structure with an opening and closing ball of the vacuum valve and is vertically opened and closed, thereby ensuring accurate opening and closing operation and durability. Accordingly, the vacuum cylinder and the vacuum valve are integrated into a single unit to be coupled to an end section of a conduit closet to a main cylinder, whereby an ON/OFF operation is quickly and accurately performed on a vacuum generated from the vacuum tank, thus significantly improving vacuum responsiveness.
