본 발명은 패턴 형성 장치 및 패턴 형성 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 도광판 등의 광학 시트의 두께를 균일하게 유지하면서 측면에 패턴을 형성하는 장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 측면에 따르면, , 광학 시트가 베이스 플레이트에 탑재되는 단계; 상기 베이스 플레이트의 상부에 설치된 고정 플레이트가 하강하는 단계; 상기 베이스 플레이트로부터 상방으로 연장되고, 그 높이가 상기 광학 시트의 두께보다 큰 가이드 블록이 상기 고정 플레이트를 상기 광학 시트의 상면과 미리 정해진 간격으로 이격 고정시키는 단계; 패턴 전사기가 상기 광학 시트의 측면에 패턴 전사를 수행하는 단계; 및 상기 고정 플레이트가 상기 패턴 전사 동안 상기 미리 정해진 간격으로 상기 패턴 전사에 의한 상기 광학 시트의 변형을 허용하여 상기 광학 시트의 두께를 균일하게 제어하는 단계;를 포함하는 패턴 전사 방법이 제공될 수 있다.

본 발명은 전사 정밀도를 개선할 수 있고 작은 표면 거칠기를 얻을 수 있는 광경화물의 제조 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 제조 방법은 광경화성 조성물을 기판 상에 배치하는 단계; 몰드를 광경화성 조성물과 접촉시키는 단계; 광경화성 조성물에 광을 조사하는 단계; 및 광경화성 조성물로부터 몰드를 이형시키는 단계를 포함한다. 상기 접촉 단계는 응축성 가스 분위기에서 수행하며, 상기 응축성 가스는 접촉시의 온도 조건 하에 그리고 기판과 몰드 또는 몰드상에 제공된 캐비티 사이의 간격에 광경화성 조성물이 침입할 때 응축성 가스가 받는 압력 조건하에서 응축하고, 상기 광경화성 조성물은 응축성 가스에 대하여 -1.0% 내지 3.0%의 중량 변화율을 갖는 가스 용해 억제제를 포함한다.

PURPOSE: An imprint device, an imprinting method, an imprinting system, and a method for manufacturing the device are provided to prevent a substrate from forming using a damaged mold and to minimize the number of the substrates reduced for maintenance and repair. CONSTITUTION: An imprint device(100) comprises a radiating unit, a detecting unit(200), and a mold maintaining unit(130). The radiating unit radiates excitation light for irradiating a luminescent material. The mold maintaining unit is formed to maintain a mold including the luminescent material. A pattern is transferred to an imprint material, the radiating unit radiates the excitation light to the pattern. The detecting unit detects the light radiated from the luminescent material remains in the imprint material.

PURPOSE: A roll stamp manufacturing device and method are provided to improve the productivity of a functional optical film by continuously patterning a roll-type film with a width over hundreds of millimeters. CONSTITUTION: A roll stamp manufacturing device(1000) comprises a rotating stage(100) which loads a bare roll(110) coated with resist(111) and rotates around an X-axis, a translating stage(200) including a fixed body(210) and a translating body(220) whose position is controlled along the X-axis, a master roll head unit(300) which rotates around the X-axis and includes a master roll(310) formed with a pattern on the exterior surface thereof, a resist hardening unit(400) which hardens the resist on the bare roll, and a stitching alignment unit(500) which measures the X-axis position of the master roll head unit. The position of the master roll is controlled in X- and Z-axes, the rotation angle of the master roll is controlled around a Y-axis, and the pressed degree of the master roll is controlled in the Y-axis direction.

The present invention relates to a device for manufacturing a roll stamp and a method for manufacturing a roll stamp using the same, and more specifically, to a device for manufacturing a roll stamp and a method for manufacturing a roll stamp using the same, wherein the device includes a master stamp which has patterns on a flat surface and a substrate roll which rotates while being in contact with the master stamp and transfers the patterns of the master stamp to a photocurable resist coated on the outer peripheral surface thereof. Nanopatterns and micropatterns can be compositely formed by selectively irradiating ultraviolet rays to an area where the master stamp and the substrate roll come in contact with each other.

The insert includes an abutting part having an outer peripheral surface capable of abutting on the inner peripheral surface of the substrate, a connecting part positioned inside of the abutting part in the radical direction and a shaft part positioned inside of the connecting part in the radical direction.

PURPOSE: An antibiotic catheter and a manufacturing method of the same are provided to transfer texture from a template to a conduit by moving the conduit and the template along a guiding pipe. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an antibiotic catheter includes the following steps: a conduit(104) and a template(206) move along a guiding pipe(106). The template is disposed on the outer side of the conduit between the conduit and the guiding pipe. Texture is transferred from the template to the conduit by moving the conduit and the template along the guiding pipe. The conduit, template, or the guiding pipe is pressurized by increasing hydraulic pressure in the conduit or the template. The template is released from the conduit after transferring. The texture on the conduit is hardened.

PURPOSE: A press machine for engraving and embossing a tube is provided to rapidly mold a tube case by transferring the tube case according to the rotation of a drum. CONSTITUTION: A press machine for engraving and embossing a tube comprises a lathe(10), a drum(20), a heating unit(30), and a press unit(40). A tube case(1) is moved downward along an inclined portion(11) formed on one side of the lathe. The drum comprises a receiving part(21) and a rotating part. The tube case moved downward is inserted into the receiving part, and a portion of the receiving part is open to expose a portion of the tube case to the outside. The rotating unit rotates the inserted tube case. The heating unit heats the tube case moved by the drum. The press unit engraves or embosses the outer surface of the heated tube case.
