본 발명은 자동차의 전방 단부에 관한 것이고, 적어도 하나의 주몸체 및, 우선 주몸체에 사출성형에 의해 견고히 연결되고 동시에 다양한 플라스틱 부분들이 서로 견고히 연결되는, 적어도 하나의 제1 열가소성 부분 및 제2 열가소성 부분으로 이루어지며, 두 개의 플라스틱 부분들은 다른 플라스틱 재료들로 이루어지고 이들은 이중-사출성형 공정에 따라 사출성형되고 그것들이 서로 만날 때 서로 융합한다.
Abstract:
본 발명은 이색 사출물 성형 금형 및 성형 방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 동시 사출한 서로 다른 성형재질의 압력차를 유도하여 고화 과정에서 침투하며 접합되도록 한 이색 사출물 성형 금형 및 성형 방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 위하여 본 발명은 동시 사출된 제1성형재료와 제2성형재료가 제1게이트와 제2게이트로 각각 분사되어 제1캐비티와 제2캐비티를 충진하는 단계; 상기 제2게이트를 클로징시켜 미고화된 제1성형재료가 제1게이트의 보압을 이용하여 제1금형블록과 제2금형블록 사이에 구성된 슬라이드금형을 밀어내며 제2성형재료의 미고화층으로 침투하여 고화되는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 이색 사출물 성형 방법을 제공한다. 사출, 사출시간, 압력차, 보압, 고화, 침투, 게이트, 접합 강도
Abstract:
PURPOSE: An injection-molding device is provided to give a given function, i.e., molding operation, simultaneous with the provision of various desired colors. Thereby, the device is provided to give the semi-permanent use of the resulting moldings even without any decolorization thereof, offer various desired colors, and give a high quality of articles even by only lower manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: An injection-molding device is provided as shown in figs 1 and 2. Referring to these figures, the first, second and third supply cylinders(10, 20, 30) are mounted on a moving screw in their inside, and are equipped with heaters(11, 21, 31) and hoppers(12, 22, 32) at their outside. The cylinders(10, 20, 30) are again attached at nozzles(43) and the nozzles(43) are then connected with a mixer chamber(40). Thereby, resin solutions from the cylinders(10, 20, 30) are supplied through supply conduits(15, 25, 35) to the mixer chamber(40), and then mixed. The mixed resin solution is injected through the nozzles(43), an injection mold(50), and subsequently cured. Accordingly, the device makes the resulting products to pigment various colors, at the time of the injection.

PURPOSE: An injection molding machine for making two plastic products simultaneously with free patterns of multiple colors is provided to prevent colors and patterns formed on entire outside or inside of an injection molded product from being removed off and discolored although it wears. CONSTITUTION: An injection molding machine for making two plastic products simultaneously with free patterns of multiple colors comprises an injection mold(1), two cylinders(10), a hopper(21), and a piston(12). The cylinders feed molten synthetic resin into the injection mold. The injection mold includes two injecting passages(2) and a molding cavity(3). The cylinders have two injection ports(11). The injection ports inject molten synthetic resin into the injection passages. The hopper supplies molten synthetic resin pellets(20) into a cylinder. The piston supplies molten synthetic resin melted in a cylinder into the injection mold.

PURPOSE: An injection molding apparatus and its injection products are provided to improve working efficiency by injection-molding a ductile injection molded product made from ductile on the front of a hard injection molded product through a secondary injection molding. CONSTITUTION: An injection molding apparatus(10) comprises a support pin(231), a supporting plate(230), and a first and a second push bars(211,212). The support pin is inserted through the lower die(200). The end part of the support pin forms some part of the injection-molding space. The supporting plate is combined with the support pin. The supporting plate moves the support pin within the lower die. The first push bars are inserted in both sides of the supporting plate. The second push bars are inserted in the supporting plate apart from the first push bars. The cam is assembled to the lower die of the lower part of the supporting to allow it to rotate. The cam pushes and supports the first push bars or the supporting plate alternately.

Method and the system which prevent the material from being mixed when the crash pad is manufactured through the double injection are provided to prevent the resin of one kind penetrates within the domain in which the resin of the other kind is filled in the process of manufacturing the crash pad. A method which prevent the material from being mixed when the crash pad is manufactured through the double injection comprises an injection mold in which the flow delay dam(55) is formed, a first material feed port(30) supplying the first material to the injection mold according to a plurality of supply lines(32), a second material supplier(40) supplying the second material to the injection mold according to one supply line(42), a controller which is installed on the injection mold in order to be positioned within PAB(Passenger AirBag) door domain(20). The injection mold is shaped like a crash pad(10).
