    摘要: PURPOSE: A supersonic welding of plastic components are provided to simplify a welding method without damaging the durability of a welded material. CONSTITUTION: A quick connector is exposed on sound waves after partially pushing into a pipe(2) with a supersonic welder. The quick connector is pressurized into the pipe additionally. After a welding, a sonotrode(3) is moved upward and a fixing system(4) for the pipe is released. A process is used to produce the combination of an angle quick connector with the pipe when the angle connector has a contact area with the sonotrode. The sonotrode is protruded to the quick connector. The fixing block is formed by an elastic components in a face to be confronted with the sonotrode. Thereby, the welding method of a combined component is simplified without damaging the durability of the welded material.
