摘要: PURPOSE: A device for opening and shutting a tailgate glass of a vehicle is provided to prevent the tailgate glass from being contacted to a ceiling of a underground parking place even in additionally opening a tailgate after opening the tailgate glass by rotating the tailgate glass and the tailgate around a hinge shaft at the same time and accordingly to prevent the breakdown of the tailgate glass caused by carelessness of users. CONSTITUTION: A device for opening and shutting a tailgate glass of a vehicle is composed of a fixed bracket(100), a hinge shaft(200), a first movable bracket(300), and a second movable bracket(400). The fixed bracket includes a combining part(110) formed at the side and fixed to an inner vehicle body panel and a pair of guide units(120) protruded at the upside of the combining part and formed with a through-hole(130) at the inside. The hinge shaft is inserted into the through-hole. The first movable bracket bent at a predetermined angle has a combining hole at the side to be rotatively mounted between the guide units by the hinge shaft and a weld part(320) formed at other side and fixed to the inside of the tailgate. The second movable bracket installed to the outside of the guide unit includes an assembling hole(410) inserted into the hinge shaft at the side and an assembly unit formed at other end, wherein the tailgate glass is fixed to the inside of a garnish attached to the side of the assembly unit.

摘要: PURPOSE: An opening angle limit device of a lift-up type door is provided to automatically limit the opening angle of the door by limiting extension of a lift member through operation of a fixing part when the distance from the lower part of the door to the ceiling is below a reference value. CONSTITUTION: An opening angle limit device of a lift-up type door(2) includes a sensor(21) attached to the outer end of the door, to sense the distance from the outer end of the door to the ceiling; a lift member(3) situated between a fixed panel(1) and the door; a fixing part(34) installed to the lift member, to control extension and contraction of the lift member; and a control unit controlling extension and contraction of the lift member by receiving information about the vertical movement of the door and information about the distance between the door and the ceiling and giving a control signal to the fixing part. The door is rotated centering on an upper hinge and is vertically opened and shut. The lift member comprises plural links(31,32,33) and the lift member is extended and contracted according to the opening and shutting of the door.

摘要: PURPOSE: A gas lifter for a tailgate is provided to open the tailgate quietly and smoothly at high temperature or the low temperature by installing a left gas lifter having the small sectional area of the piston orifice and the small amount of oil and a right gas lifter having the large sectional area of the piston orifice and the large amount of oil. CONSTITUTION: A left gas lifter and a right gas lifter are installed between a tailgate and a vehicle body. The sectional area of an orifice(11) of a piston is decreased in the left gas lifter, and the small amount of oil is charged in the left gas lifter. The sectional area of the orifice of the piston is increased in the right gas lifter, and the large amount of oil is charged in the right gas lifter. The tailgate is opened smoothly and stably with different damping of the left and right gas lifters. A piston ring(9) is perfectly round without a slit and contacted to the piston to regulate flow of oil accurately. The orifice sectional area of the right gas lifter is two times as large as the orifice sectional area of the left gas lifter, and the oil amount of the right gas lifter is 1.5 times more than the oil amount of the left gas lifter.

CONSTITUTION: A latch body(12) is integrally formed with a glass hinge(10), and a locking lever(16) is installed in a hinge support panel(14) and engaged with the latch body. A back groove(24) is formed in the hinge support panel to release lock of the latch body by separating the locking lever from the latch body, and a release cable(26) is connected to the locking lever to transmit operational force. The release cable is connected to a lock knob and a lock actuator to control locking of the tailgate, and an elastic unit(32) is mounted in the glass hinge to decrease drop speed in closing the glass. The tailgate glass is opened and closed conveniently.
