PURPOSE: Horticultural artificial stone prepared by adhering stone powder onto the surface of an inner skeleton with a specified shape using an adhesive is provided. An orchid, fern plants, sphagnum moss, shrubs and the like are grown on a plant growing stone product. The plant growing stone product is as hard as stone, lightweight and used semi-permanently. CONSTITUTION: Horticultural artificial stone comprises an inner skeleton(1) and a stone powder surface layer(2) with which all or a part of the inner skeleton is covered. The stone powder is adhered onto the surface of the inner skeleton with an aqueous adhesive to give artificial stone. The artificial stone is used to make a plant growing stone product. A plant such as an orchid, fern plants, sphagnum moss, shrubs and the like is attached on the plant growing stone product to root thereon.

PURPOSE: A tetra-pod type artificial fish reef and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to attach a porous structure to a tetra-pod block, and to promote the rooting of aquatic plants. CONSTITUTION: A tetra-pod type artificial fish reef includes a tetra-pod block and an internal force reinforcing member. The tetra-pod block is connected to four legs protruded to four different directions by maintaining the constant angle based on the central part. The legs on the tetra-pod block have opening holes connected to each other using a center unit. The tetra-pod block is manufactured with a porous concrete mixture. The internal force reinforcing member is stored inside the tetra-pod block.

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of cement mixed soil which includes PVA fiber stiffener is provided to prevent or reduce brittle fracture of the cement mixed soil due to tensile force of the fiber by mixing short fiber type synthetic fiber with the cement mixed soil. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of cement mixed soil which includes PVA fiber stiffener comprises the following steps: preparing a cement complex by mixing aggregate particle which includes cement, fine aggregate and thick aggregate with water(S100); adding 0.05-5 volume% of PVA fiber based on total volume of the cement complex composition; and stirring the cement complex composition. 4-8 volume% of the cement is included based on the total volume(%) of the cement complex composition(S110). The cement complex comprises 200-500kg/m^3 of cement, 600-1200kg/m^3 of fine aggregate, and 150-200kg/m^3 water based on the unit volume of the cement complex.

본 발명은 내화 조성물 및 이를 이용한 고로 탕도 커버에 관한 것으로서, 복수의 성분을 포함하고 기본 조성을 이루는 주성분 및 복수의 성분들을 결합시키는 결합제를 포함하고, 주성분은 중량%로, 알루미나 클링커 : 70wt% 이상 내지 85wt% 이하, 탄화규소 : 10wt% 이상 내지 20wt% 이하, 실리콘 분말 : 1wt% 이상 내지 3wt% 이하를 포함하는 내화 조성물을 이용하여 알루미나의 함량이 98% 이상인 알루미나 클링커를 포함하고, 알루미나-탄화규소질계로 조성되는 내화물을 갖는 고로 탕도 커버를 제작함으로써, 고로에서 용융물의 출선 시, 비산물질에 함유된 FeO와 슬래그(CaO-Al 2 O 3 -SiO 2 계)에 의한 내화물의 손상을 감소시킬 수 있다. 따라서, 내화물의 수명을 연장시켜 유지보수의 횟수를 감소시킬 수 있고, 보수에 소요되는 시간과 비용을 절감할 수 있다. 또한, 불필요한 보수에 따른 고로 조업 지연을 억제하여 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있다.

본 발명은 기능성 타일 유액 조성물에 관한 것이다. 통상 유액에 사용하는 유액 100%에 음이온 항균 광물질 파우다 분말 조성물 5%를 합성 믹스하여 음이온 방출 및 항균효과가 우수한 기능성 타일유액 조성물을 제조하여 타일을 소성하면 음이온 방출이 공기 1cc당 700개이상 방출되면서 항균효과가 우수한 기능성 타일 유액 조성물에 관한 것이다.
