    摘要: 본 발명은 조형용 경량 점토 조성물에 관한 것으로, 좀 더 구체적으로, 5 내지 30중량%의 수용성 고분자 수지, 1 내지 30중량%의 고분자 중공미세구, 0.1중량% 내지 5중량%의 발수제, 0.1 내지 30중량%의 글리세린, 0.01 내지 10중량%의 붕사 및 20 내지 80중량%의 물을 포함하며, 상기 고분자 중공미세구는 비중이 0.01 내지 0.06이고, 직경이 1 내지 100㎛이며 후발포 특성을 갖는 고분자 중공미세구로 이루어진 조형용 경량 점토 조성물에 관한 것이다.
    본 발명의 조형용 경량 점토 조성물은 종래의 점토에 비하여 비중이 낮으며, 탄성 및 내구성이 좋으며, 내수성이 뛰어나고 또한 발포 특성을 갖는 고분자 중공 미세구를 사용함으로써 기존의 점토에서 볼 수 없었던 표면 발포 특성을 갖는 장점이 있다.

    摘要: A mixed aggregate for a subbase is provided to prevent a shortage of aggregate and improve environment by recycling construction waste such as waste asphalt concrete. A mixed aggregate for a subbase is obtained by mixing 55-80wt% of recycled waste asphalt concrete having a particle size of 15-25 mm with 20-45wt% of stone powder having a particle size of 75-600 micron. The recycled waste asphalt concrete is obtained by the steps of: collecting and breaking waste asphalt concrete; sorting the broken waste asphalt concrete into three particle sizes(13 mm or smaller, 13-19 mm, and 19-25 mm); adjusting the penetrate index of the waste asphalt concrete to 40 or less; adding 8-15wt% of a recycling additive to the 85-92wt% of the waste asphalt concrete; and heating the admixture at 300-350 °C for 20-30 minutes. The recycling additive is prepared by mixing 2-5wt% of alkanesulfonates, 1.5-3wt% of alkyl polyglycol ethers, 40-55wt% of water, 36.5-40wt% of an emulsified asphalt, and 5-12wt% of cetyl alcohol as an emulsion stabilizer.

    摘要: PURPOSE: A mixture composition for preparing lightweight foam concrete is provided which prevents a cubical decrease and being cracked by drying shrinkage, and enhanced the initial strength of the foam concrete by occurring a fine and stable foam. CONSTITUTION: Two kinds of mixture composition are as follows; 5-20% of fatty acid alcohol and 20-30% of aluminum sulfate for preventing the concrete from being cracked, 5-20% of nitride, 4-10% of acrylic acid, are common composition, in addition to 35-40% of ethylene oxide copolymerization material or vinyl alcohol polymerization material individually for preventing the cubical decrease by forming fine bubbles of a diameter less than about 1mm, resulted from leading a stabilization of an air bubble.

    摘要: PURPOSE: A mortar composition for dry floor final work of building capable of being applied dry grinding and a dry floor final work method of the building using the same are provided to obtain splendid floor and to enhance durability and economical efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A mortar composition for dry floor final work of building includes adhesive mixture and cement mixture at the weight ratio of 1:3-3:1. The adhesive mixture comprises 70-85 wt% of silicate, 5-20 wt% of glycerin, 5-20 wt% of zeolite, 2-17 wt% of stabilizer, 1-16 wt% of dispersing agent and 2-17 wt% of viscosity controlling agent. The silicate is one or more selected from sodium silicate, potassium silicate and lithium silicate. The cement mixture includes colored natural crushed stone having the size of 5-10 mm and white cement. A dry floor final work of building comprises the following steps: constructing and curing the mortar composition for dry floor final work of building; and absorbing dust by using a dust collector and performing dry grinding.
