PURPOSE: A weight structure using waste synthetic resins and sand is provided to improve strength, durability and elasticity, to prevent environmental pollution and to reduce the cost by reutilizing wasted resources. CONSTITUTION: The weight structure using waste synthetic resins and sand comprises synthetic resin chips and sand, in a mixing ratio of 40-90:10-60 (by the volume basis), and further comprises an adhesive. The weight structure is manufactured by the method comprising the steps of: finely dividing waste synthetic resins to form synthetic resin chips; mixing the synthetic resin chips with sand and an adhesive, and blending them uniformly to obtain a mixture; and compressing the mixture with a press mold or a press roll to form an integrated solid product.

PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of recycled sand having high strength which is characterized by using wastes such as ash, waste foundry sand, waste concrete, waste aggregate and waste lime. CONSTITUTION: The recycled sand is manufactured by the following methods: (i) mixing 50-70wt.% of waste lime with 30-50wt.% of ash(coal ash, incineration ash), wherein the ash is mixed with cement and calcined gypsum in a weight ratio of 30-70:70-30; (ii) mixing 50-70wt.% of a mixture composed of 10-35wt.% of ash, 30-40wt.% of waste foundry sand neutralized with acid, and 30-50twt.% of waste concrete(aggregate) ground to a 13mm size, with cement and calcined gypsum in a weight ratio of 30-70:70-30, and adding 30-50wt.% of waste lime.

PURPOSE: A waste UFGGR synthetic color pavement block and its preparation method are provided, wherein the color pavement block is prepared by recycling the industrial waste and has excellent elasticity and strength. CONSTITUTION: The waste UFGGR synthetic color pavement block comprises a color part formed on the top part with a thickness ratio of 2/10 to 3/10; and a waste UFGGR material part formed on the bottom part with a thickness ratio of 7/10 to 8/10. Also the waste UFGGR material part in the waste UFGGR synthetic color pavement block comprises 30 wt% of the waste UPR (FRP) chip with a size of 0.01-7 mm; 20 wt% of the waste glass fiber chip with a size of 2-17 mm; 40 wt% of the waste tire rubber chip with a size of 0.1-7 mm; and 10 wt% of the waste glass powdered chip with a size of 0.01-3 mm.

PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of mineral blocks for sidewalk and roadway which has improved strength, durability and various colors compared with conventional cement blocks by using sewage sludge material and additives such as kaolin, clay and mineral binder. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of: drying sewage sludge(water content: 70-85%) in air; burning organics at 300-600deg.C; mixing 65-75wt.% of sewage sludge, 20-25wt.% of clay and 5-10wt.% of mineral binder(bentonite) for 20-30mins; adding an effective amount of water; pressing and hot-blast drying; sintering at 1000-1400deg.C for 8hrs.
