PURPOSE: A low carbon environmentally-friendly concrete without using cement is provided to minimize the generation rate of carbon dioxide by using a blast furnace slag and animal protein blending material and not using the Portland cement and chemicals. CONSTITUTION: A low carbon environmentally-friendly concrete without using cement comprises 100 parts by weight of aggregate including sand and silicon dioxide powder, 50-60 parts by weight of powder including blast furnace slag and fly ash, 20 parts by weight of water, and 0.4-0.6 parts by weight of animal nature blending material and 3-5 parts by weight of NaOH. The weight ratio of silicon dioxide powder to sand included in the aggregate is 1:0.64 and the weight ratio of the fly ash to the blast furnace slag included in the powder is 1:0.052.

PURPOSE: An environmentally-friendly high elastic inorganic based waterproof coating agent is provided to improve cracking, bending, tension, and bonding strength of the concrete by using powdered resin and fiber. CONSTITUTION: An environmentally-friendly high elastic inorganic based waterproof coating agent comprises 60-97 weight% of normal Portland cement, 1-10 weight% of expander, 1-20 weight% of slag powder, 0.1-5 weight% of powdered resin, 0.01-2 weight% of fiber, and 0-3 weight% of water reducing agent. The fiber is one or more mixtures selected from polypropylene based, cellulose-based, or nylon based fiber. The powdered resin consists of polymer which includes vinyl acetate and 2- Phenoxyethanol(Ethylene Glycol Monophenyl Ether). The cement composite comprises 58.31 parts by weight of CaO, 4.32 parts by weight of Al2O3, 21.72 parts by weight of SiO2, 2.39 parts by weight of Fe2O3, 3.63 parts by weight of SO3, 2.59 parts by weight of MgO, 0.29 parts by weight of TiO2, 0.20 parts by weight of Na2O, 0.91 parts by weight of K2O based on 100.0 parts by weight of cement composite.

CONSTITUTION: An environmentally-friendly cement composition comprises 30-70 weight% of cement, 10-30 weight% of silica powder, 0.5-30 weight% of polyacrylo-nitrile resin, 30-40 weight% of charcoal, 1-20 weight% of nephrite jade, and 5-10 weight% of pyroligneous liquor. The nephrite jade is a tremolite nephrite among magnesia quality marbles and has a valuation of δ18O. The polyacrylo-nitrile resin is liquefied adhesive. The finess of the silica powder is 2200-3400/g. The nephrite jade is powder of the nephrite which contains more than 40% of magnesium.

PURPOSE: A surface reinforcing water-soluble polymer mortar composition for concrete protection walls and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve the durability and the salt resistance characteristic of the concrete protection walls and resourcing waste by using waste materials and latex. CONSTITUTION: A surface reinforcing water-soluble polymer mortar composition includes 35-50% of ultra rapid hardening cement or quick-setting cement, 25-50% of recycled fine aggregate, 17-20% of water-soluble polymer, 0.5-1.5% of an anti-foaming agent, 2-3% of waste dust, and 1.5-4.5% of a fluidizer. The water-soluble polymer is latex, natural rubber components, and is composed of 40% of a solid component and 60% of water. The latex increases the mobility and the expression strength of concrete.

본 발명은 목탄을 이용한 액상 몰탈의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는건축용도료인 합성수지 에멀젼 페인트의 대체재로서, 액상 몰탈의 제조공정은 지방산 알코올로 구성된 식물성 중합체를 생산하는 제 1공정과, 전기의 식물성 중합체에 글루코오스녹말과 포도당 및 송진을 일정한 비율로 조정하여 바인더를 제조하는 제 2공정, 전통식 목탄가마에서 생산한 참나무 백탄과 세리사이트(sericite)를 혼합하는 제 3공정, 전기의 바인더와 백탄을 혼합하면서 분산제, 소포제 및 산화티탄 등을 첨가하여 목탄 액상몰탈을 제조하는 제 4공정으로 구성된다. 본 발명의 액상몰탈은 흡착력이 크고 다공성이며, 불순물이 적고 흑색이며 부패하지 않는 특징을 갖고 있다. 또한 목탄의 물리적, 화학적 성질을 효과적으로 이용하여 건축자재로 사용되는 액상 페인트 제조에 사용한다면 목탄의 다공성에 의한 보온효과뿐만 아니라 실내공기오염 물질을 제거할 수 있으므로 건강한 주택과 국민건강 향상뿐만 아니라 국내 목탄산업 활성화에도 기여할 것으로 판단된다.
