CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method includes: step(A) mixing a polyol ingredient, an isocyanate ingredient, and a foaming ingredient including a foaming material for freely foaming; a first compressing step(B) compressing the free foaming body freely foamed in the step(A) before a gelatinizing time; and a second compressing step(C) additionally compressing the compressed foaming body obtained from the step(B) before a rise time.
