An inorganic waterproof and anticorrosive material, and its construction method are provided to improve the lifetime and durability of a reinforced concrete structure by preventing the deterioration due to carbonation and chloride attack. An inorganic waterproof and anticorrosive material is a two-pack type material comprising a powder binder which comprises a silicate micropowder; and a liquid binder which comprises 2-4 wt% of an amine, 88-96 wt% of a polymer and 2-8 wt% of other additives. The amine is at least one selected from the group consisting of methylamine, isopropylamine, cyclopropylamine, cyclobutylamine, cyclopentylamine and cyclohexylamine; and the additives are at least one selected from the group consisting of an antifoaming agent, a superplasticizer and a liquid pigment.

A polymer cement paste composition is provided to reduce a construction period, to enhance resistance to plastic deformation, to increase a service life of pavement, and to save expenses consumed for maintenance. The polymer cement paste composition comprises a quick-hardening mix cement, a polymer dispersion in an amount of 30-50 parts by weight of the quick-hardening mix cement, and other additives. The quick-hardening mix cement comprises 20-36 parts by weight of cement fine particles, 10-13 parts by weight of amorphous calcium aluminate quick-hardening material, 1-2 parts by weight of calcium sulfoaluminate expanding material, 20-22 parts by weight of blast furnace slag, 10-12 parts by weight of calcium carbonate, 10-11 parts by weight of fly ash, and 1-5 parts by weight of quartz sand. The polymer dispersion comprises 70-73 parts by weight of any one selected from SBR latex, EVA emulsion, or acrylic resin, 10-20 parts by weight of butyl acrylate, 2-5 parts by weight of amine, and 2-5 parts by weight of ethyl alcohol. The other additive is at least one selected from an antifoaming agent, a dispersing agent, a hydration retardant, a leveling agent, a shrinkage reducing agent, and pigments. The antifoaming agent is used in an amount of 1-4 parts by weight of the polymer dispersion, and the other additives are used in amounts of 0.5-3 parts by weight, 0.1-1 parts by weight, 0.5-1 parts by weight, 1-4 parts by weight, and 0.3-2 parts by weight of the quick-hardening mix cement, respectively.

본 발명은 건축물의 내장재로 사용되어 발생된 전자파의 흡수 효율을 증가시키는 건축물 전자파 흡수용 무기질계 도료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 전자파 흡수용 무기질계 도료 조성물은 시멘트계 결합재를 포함하여 구성되고, 도전성 물질 0.1 내지 1.0mm 입도의 탄소분말과, Mn-Zn 페라이트의 자성물질이 혼합된 것으로, 도전성 물질은 5 내지 20중량%, 자성물질은 10 내지 50중량%, 상기 시멘트계 결합재는 30 내지 40중량%, 수지는 5 내지 20중량%, 충전재는 1 내지 20중량%, 혼화재는 1 내지 10중량%의 혼합비로 구성되어 있다. 이에 따라, 전도성 물질로 탄소계 분말과 자성물질로 Mn-Zn 페라이트를 혼합하여 사용함으로써 전자파 흡수 효율을 높여 흔하게 노출될 수 있는 전자파를 효율적으로 흡수할 수 있기 때문에 작업성이 용이하면서도 전자파 흡수 효율이 우수하여 일상 생활에서 쉽게 노출될 수 있는 전자파를 효율적으로 소멸시킬 수 있는 효과를 갖는다.

PURPOSE: An inorganic material-based coating composition for protecting the concrete external wall is provided, which is improved in the antibacterial effect, the weather resistance, the adhesion, the wearing resistance, the water proofness, the air permeability and the peeling-off resistance. CONSTITUTION: An inorganic based membrane waterproofing agent for sewage disposal tank is composed of 52-68 wt% of acrylic emersion, 10-14 wt% of alumina cement, 11-18 wt% of micro cement, 5-9 wt% of soil-cement, 4.4-8 wt% of quicklime, 0.2-1 wt% of superplasticizer, 0.2-1 wt% of anti-foaming agent and 0.2-1 wt% of expander. The membrane waterproofing agent is composed of 59.17 wt% of acrylic emersion, 11.84 wt% of alumina cement, 14.79 wt% of micro cement, 6.51 wt% of soil-cement, 5.92 wt% of quicklime, 0.59 wt% of fluidifier, 0.59 wt% of anti-foaming agent and 0.59 wt% of expander.
