摘要： PURPOSE: A dispersing emulsifier for emulsifying heavy oil and heavy oil emulsion-based fuel oil including the same are provided to reduce air pollution materials generated from a combusting process. CONSTITUTION: Micro water particles dispersed in oil is expanded to 1000 to 1800 times present size by high temperature heat. Micro explosion is generated to micro-disperse oil particles surrounding the water particles. The contact area of the micro water particles with respect to oxygen in flame is increased in order to promote complete combustion. Dispersed water particles are combined with other water particles to generate an oil-water separating phenomenon. A dispersing emulsifier for emulsifying heavy oil suppresses the oil-water separating phenomenon.

摘要： The invention relates to a synergistic mixture comprising between 1 and 99.9 wt. % of compounds having structural elements (I) in which the free valencies on the oxygen atom and on the nitrogen atom can be combined to form a five-membered, six-membered, or seven-membered ring and the benzene nucleus can still carry substituents on at least one of the free positions, and between 0.1 and 99 wt. % of sulphurous organic compounds having an anti-oxidant action. The synergistic mixture is suitable as a stabiliser for stabilising inanimate organic material, especially mineral oil products and fuels, against the effects of light, oxygen, and heat.

The ignition accelerator is preferably a peroxide, for example, di-tert-butyl peroxide. The composition may optionally contain meadowfoam oil or jojoba oil. The composition may also enhance the lubricity of the fuel that contains biodiesel.
