    摘要: PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a polyurethane urea is provided to enhance elasticity of a fabric by excellent resilience. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating a polyurethane urea elastic yarn containing polyol and diisocyanate polymers comprises: a step of preparing prepolymers using glycol and diisocyanate in a capping ratio(CR) of 1.50-1.60; a step of adding chain extending agent to the prepolymers to prepare polyurethane urea polymers; a step of stirring and maturing prepared polyurethane spinning solution; and a step of spinning. The diisocyanate is 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate, 1,5'-naphthalene diisocyanate, 1,4'-phenylene diisocyanate, hexamethylene diisocyanate, 1,4'-cyclohexane diisocyanate, 4,4'-dicyclohexylmethane diisocyanate, or isophorone diisocyanate.

    摘要: PURPOSE: A method for fabricating polyurethane urea is provided to obtain polyurethane urea elastic yarn with excellent power and extension and to improve modulus of grey yarn. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating polyurethane urea elastic yarn comprises: a step of mixing glycol having 800-1300 dalton of molecular weight and glycol of 1600-200 dalton of molecular weight in a mass ratio of 2:1-7:1 to prepare a prepolymer; a step of adding chain extending agent to the prepolymer to prepare polyuretahen polymers; and a step of maturing the polyurethane urea spinning solution and spinning. The chain extending agent is ethylene diamine, 1,2-diaminopropane, 1,3-diaminopropane, 1,4-diaminobutane, 2,3-diaminobutane, 1,5-diaminopentane, 1,5-diamino pentane, 1,6-hexamethylene diamine, or 1,4-cyclohexanediamine.

    摘要: PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing elastic threads with high power and heat resistance, and elastic threads manufactured by the same are provided to be used for several purposes due to characteristics of excellent elasticity and elasticity recuperative power. CONSTITUTION: The polyurethaneurea elastic threads with high power and heat resistance is composed of polyol and diisocyanate polymeric composition. The polyurethaneurea elastic threads has following manufacturing steps. (1) A prepolymer mixes a diisocyanate reaction mole ratio as to diisocyanate glycol to 1.45 - 2.15. (2) A polyurethane urea polymeric composition is obtained by adding a chain extender to the prepolymer. (3) The polyurethane urea spinning solution adds a triethylenetetraamine (TETA) 0.01 -15% weight to the polyurethane urea polymeric composition, compared to a final polymeric composition solid portion.

    摘要: A polyurethaneurea elastic fiber, a method for producing the same, and a composition for the same are provided to improve the chlorine-resistant property and the spinnability of the polyurethaneurea elastic fiber, by using basic magnesium carbonate as a chlorine-resistant additive. A composition for a polyurethaneurea elastic fiber contains 0.1-1.0 wt% of basic magnesium carbonate as a chlorine-resistant agent. The basic magnesium carbonate is coated with a coating agent in a wet type or a dry type, or capsuled in the coating agent. The 0.1-1.0 wt% of coating agent is used based on the basic magnesium carbonate. The coating agent is one or more selected from fatty acid of C1-C30, fatty-acid metal salt, fatty-acid ester, fatty-acid phosphoric ester, silica, silane, polyorganosiloxane, and a mixture of polyorganosiloxane and polyorganohydroxygensiloxane.
