본 발명은 아스팔트 콘크리트 포장 시 포장용 혼합물에 사용하는 광물성 채움재에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 석탄과 중유(Heavy Oil)를 혼합 연소하는 열병합발전소 소각로에서 발생하는 중유연소 석탄소각재를 주원료로 이용하고, 부 원료로서 고로슬래그 미분말과 황산염 및 알칼리 복합 자극제를 혼합하여 가열아스팔트혼합물, 상온아스팔트 혼합물, 가열재생아스팔트혼합물 및 상온재생아스팔트혼합물 등의 아스팔트 혼합물의 공극을 충진하는 채움재 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 아스팔트 포장용 채움재 조성물은 중유혼소 석탄소각재 100중량부에 대하여, TDF(Tire Derived Feul) 소각재 20 내지 80중량부와, 폐카본블랙 20 내지 80중량부와, 고로슬래그 분말 100 내지 200중량부와, 알칼리 및 황산염 복합자극제 80 내지 120중량부를 포함한다.

PURPOSE: A cement-free alkali-activated binder containing light-burned dolomite is provided to prevent a rapid curing phenomenon and alkali aggregate reaction by replacing the total or partial alkaline inorganic materials into the light-burned dolomite, and to improve internal density for excellent intensity. CONSTITUTION: A cement-free alkali-activated binder containing light-burned dolomite contains a raw material and an alkaline inorganic material. The raw material includes blast furnace slag, fly ash, or silica fume. The alkaline inorganic material contains light-burned dolomite powder. 3-20 parts by weight of alkaline inorganic material are mixed with 100 parts by weight of raw material. The alkaline inorganic material additionally contains more than one compound selected from calcium hydroxide, sodium silicate, or sodium carbonate. The alkaline inorganic material contains the light-burned dolomite powder and the calcium hydroxide in a weight ratio of 35-55:45-65. The cement-free alkali-activated binder containing light-burned dolomite is contained in cement-free alkali-activated mortar. PURPOSE: A repair method for restoring the damaged cross section of a reinforced concrete structure is provided to restore the damaged cross section of a reinforced concrete structure using a section restoration repair material including ion exchange resin powder and magnesia ceramic powder. CONSTITUTION: A repair method for restoring the damaged cross section of a reinforced concrete structure is follows. The damaged concrete portion of a reinforced concrete structure is removed(S101). Rust on reinforcing bars exposed to the surface of the concrete is removed(S102). The surfaces of the concrete and the reinforcing bars are cleaned(S103). A rustproof adhesion enhancer is spread on the surfaces of the concrete and the reinforcing bars(S104). A section restoration repair material is filled in the surface of the spread rustproof adhesion enhancer(S105). The surface of the reinforced concrete structure filled with the section restoration repair material is coated with a surface protection material(S106). An inorganic polymer resin mortar finishing material composition includes a rubber latex aqueous emulsion for a cement admixture and an inorganic material color powder at a weight ratio of 1:4~1:4.5. The inorganic material color powder comprises: an inorganic filler of 5~10 weight% selected from a group consisting of white cement of 35~50 weight%, nature or artificial silica sand of 40~48 weight%, micro-silica, lime, emery, calcium carbonate, clay, spherical silica(micro shell shape) and a mixture thereof; a viscosity stabilizer of 0.2~1 weight% selected from a group consisting of alumina cement of 0.1~10 weight%, anhydrous gypsum of 0.1~8 weight%, metakaolin of 2~10 weight%, nature fiber, microdot soil and a mixture thereof; a dispersing agent of 0.2~0.7 weight%; an antifoaming agent of 0.2~0.5 weight%; a curing accelerator of 0.1~0.2 weight%; a retarder of 0.1~0.2 weight% and the inorganic pigment of 0.5~5 weight%.

A self-leveling mortar composition is provided to have short setting time, excellent constructability, good flowability, and superior adhesion strength and bending strength. A self-leveling mortar composition is obtained by mixing 30-60wt% of cement, 30-60wt% of sand, 0.1-30wt% of a finely powdered admixture, 0.1-10wt% of a natural inorganic pigment, 0.0001-3.0wt% of fiber, 0.1-5.0wt% of a shrinkage-reducing agent, and 0.05-10wt% of other additive. The other additive is at least one selected from 0.01-2.5wt% of a superplasticizer, 0.01-2.5wt% of a thickener, 0.01-2.5wt% of a retarding agent, and 0.01-2.5wt% of an accelerator.

PURPOSE: A yellow soil-fiber composition for a cement mortar admixture, its preparation method and a cement mortar using the composition are provided, to improve compression strength and bending strength and to reduce cost. CONSTITUTION: The yellow soil-fiber composition comprises 100 parts by weight of yellow soil, 1-15 parts by weight of rice straw, and 10-40 parts by weight of water. The method comprises the steps of adding yellow soil, rice straw and water to a mixer and stirring the mixture for about 60 sec; pouring the mixture into a mold and compressing it; calcining the molded one; and pulverizing the calcined mixture. Preferably the compression is carried out with a pressure of 50-500 kgf/cm2 and the calcination is carried out at a temperature of 400-1,200 deg.C for 30-60 min.

CONSTITUTION: The soil pavement composition comprises 70-91wt.% of soil, 14-18wt.% of cement for strength and hardness, 0.35-0.49wt.% of pigment and 14-18wt.% of water containing 1.4-2wt.% of inorganic hardener which includes hydronium ions bonding metal ions in soil. The soil composition is also applied to wall construction because of its instinctive natures like softness and helpful effects.
