摘要: The present invention relates to an LNG supply system. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the LNG supply system which increases the energy efficiency and re-uses evaporation gas by compressing the evaporation gas generated from an LNG tank through multiple evaporation gas compressors in steps; having a part of evaporation gas collected during an intermediate compressing process be heat-exchanged with the LNG provided into a high pressure-engine or a low pressure-engine; and re-liquefying the evaporation gas after the heat exchange. The present invention comprises an LNG supply line connected to the LNG storage tank; a first LNG supply line; a pump; a heat exchanger; the evaporation gas compressor; and a first BOG/LNG heat exchanger.

摘要: The present invention relates to an LNG fuel supply system and an LNG refueling method. The LNG fuel supply system of the present invention includes: an LNG storage tank which stores LNG which is supplied to an engine; a pump part which pressurizes LNG which is discharged from the LNG storage tank; a heat exchanger which heats the LNG which is pressurized by the pump part and supplies the heated LNG to the engine; and LNG refueling equipment which is installed by being connected to the LNG storage tank and is combined with an LNG refueling tank. The LNG refueling equipment includes: an LNG refueling valve part which is combined with the LNG refueling tank at one end and is installed in an LNG refueling line part which is connected to the upper and lower parts of the LNG storage tank at the other end; and an outlet valve which is automatically closed by sensing an LNG refueling state if the LNG refueling valve part is opened and is installed in a fuel supply line by being connected to the lower part of the LNG storage tank at one end and being connected to the pump part at the other end. The LNG fuel supply system and the LNG refueling method according to the present invention are able to smoothly refuel the LNG storage tank with LNG while maintaining a pressure difference between the LNG refueling tank and the LNG storage tank by: lowering an internal pressure of the LNG storage tank during the LNG refueling by using a second LNG refueling valve and a pressure control valve connected and installed in the upper part of the LNG storage tank; and including the LNG refueling equipment which prevents an automatic LNG discharge during the LNG refueling in the LNG storage tank by using the outlet valve which is connected and installed in the lower part of the LNG storage tank.

摘要: Disclosed is a system for treating liquefied gas of a ship equipped with a storage tank for storing liquefied natural gas (LNG), and a main engine and a sub engine using the LNG stored in the storage tank as a fuel. The system for treating liquefied gas comprises: a first stream of boil-off gas which is generated from the LNG in the storage tank and discharged from the storage tank; a second stream of the boil-off gas from the first stream, which is supplied to the engine as the fuel; and a third stream of the boil-off gas from the first stream, which is not supplied to the engine. The first stream is compressed by a compressor and then divided into the second stream and the third stream. The third stream compressed by the compressor exchanges heat with the first stream in a heat exchanger and then is liquefied without use of a re-liquefying device that uses a separate coolant. All the liquefied third stream returns to the storage tank after being decompressed.

摘要: Disclosed is a system for treating liquefied gas of a ship having a storage tank that stores liquefied natural gas (LNG), and a main engine and a sub engine that use the LNG stored in the storage tank as a fuel. The system for treating liquefied gas comprises: a compressor line that compresses boil-off gas (BOG) generated in the storage tank with a compressor to be supplied to the main and sub engines as a fuel; and a pump line that compresses the LNG stored in the storage tank with a pump to be supplied to the main and sub engines as the fuel. The BOG generated in the storage tank is supplied to at least one of the main engine and the sub engine as the fuel via the compressor line when the ship is laden, with the storage tank storing more LNG than that in ballast.
