PURPOSE: An LED(Light Emitting Diode) illuminance device is provided to maximize a heat sink function by connecting to a main body heat sink. CONSTITUTION: An LED illuminance device includes a power case main body(100), a main body heat sink(200), a lamp heat sink(300), and LED modules(400,500). A lamp terminal is electrically connected to a lamp socket by opening one surface of a power case. The main body heat sink is combined with the opened one side surface of the power case body and covers the outer circumference of the power case body. The lamp heat sink is combined with the main body heat sink in order to conduct heat to the main body heat sink. The LED module connects to the lamp heat sink in order to conduct the heat to the lamp heat sink.

본 고안은 PL램프로 지칭되는 형광램프용 전자식 안정기를 개시한다. 본 고안은 안정기의 PCB가 형광램프의 장착 및 탈거시에 하등의 응력(STRESS)을 받지 않도록 함은 물론 소켓을 케이싱 등의 프레임에 고정하는 것만으로 조립 가능하도록 하기 위하여 PCB와 소켓커버에 대하여 형광램프의 핀이 직각으로 진입하거나 탈거되도록 함과 아울러, 소켓커버가 프레임에 고정되면 별도로 안정기를 고정시킬 필요가 없도록 한 것이다. 이와 같이 하여 본 고안은 형광램프의 핀이 결합되는 콘넥터가 PCB에 직접 설치되어 있음에도 불구하고 형광램프의 착, 탈시에 발생하는 응력이 케이싱을 구성하는 소켓커버를 프레임에 고정시키는 고정나사 등 공지의 체결수단에 모두 가하여 지는 반면, PCB에는 일체의 응력이 가하여 지지 않게 되므로 형광램프의 착, 탈과정에서 발생하는 응력으로 인한 손상 및 고장을 방지할 수 있게 되는 유용한 효과가 있는 것이다. 아울러, 본 고안은 소켓커버 측벽의 체결공에 체결수단을 결합시켜 프레임에 고정하는 것만으로 안정기까지 고정되는 것이어서, 조립 공정이 크게 단순화되는 것이어서 생산성을 향상시키고, 제조비용을 절감할 수 있게 되는 유용한 효과가 있다. 형광램프 PL램프 소켓커버 안정기
