    摘要: PURPOSE: A radioactive pollution metal surface painting removal and paint remover reproducer is provided to reduce amount of radioactive waste by removing polluted paint only. CONSTITUTION: A chemical processing part dips radioactive polluted metal in organic solvent. A physical processing part(20) physically comes off paint which is still left on the surface of radioactive polluted metal which is chemically processed. A waste organic liquid deposit tank(40) stores waste paint and waste organic solvent discharged from the chemical processing part and the physical processing part. A heater heats the waste organic solvent stored in the waste organic liquid deposit tank. A vacuum pump(62) is installed in the rear side of a paint exhaust pipe and maintains the inner side of the waste organic liquid deposit tank with a decompression state.

    摘要: PURPOSE: A method and a processing method thereof are provided to improve the removal rate of a radionuclide by using phosphate-modified clay which is reformed to phosphate. CONSTITUTION: A clay material is cleaned with hydrogen peroxide and the distilled water. The clay is repetitively cleaned until the peak of the impurity, which is included in the supernatant, disappears. The cleaned clay of 10g and phosphate of 1000 or 2000 mg/L are agitated for 12 or 36 hours at 100 or 300 rpm. The clay, which is reformed to the phosphate, is formed by executing a drying process after removing surplus phosphate.

    摘要: PURPOSE: A method and a system for chemically cleaning a vapor generator of a nuclear power plant are provided to environmentally friendly process radioactive waste liquor by using condensing and filtering technique. CONSTITUTION: Ammonia included in waste liquor is removed(S1). EDTA and heavy metal which are dissolved in the waste liquor are separated from water(S2). Flux is removed by a first filtering process(S3). The first filtered liquid is purified by an ultrafiltration membrane filter(S4). Organic materials and ionic materials included in the purified water are removed with an activated carbon(S5). A second filtered liquid is purified by a reverse osmosis membrane filter(S6). The processed water is exhausted(S7).

    摘要: A high temperature high pressure disposal system of liquid wastes is provided to reduce generation of noxious gas during incineration by thermally decomposing liquid wastes under a high temperature high pressure condition through gasification. A high temperature high pressure disposal system of liquid wastes, includes a liquid waste supply unit(10), a high temperature high pressure reaction unit(20), a cooling unit(30), a washing unit(50), and a secondary combustion unit(60). The liquid waste supply unit supplies an appropriate volume of liquid wastes to be disposed. The high temperature high pressure reaction unit is connected to the liquid waste supply unit, and has one or more connection ports for connection of burners. The high temperature high pressure reaction unit produces synthetic gas through thermal decomposition of liquid wastes and gasification. The cooling unit is arranged at one side of the high temperature high pressure reaction unit, and equipped with a coolant spray nozzle for cooling the produced synthetic gas. The washing unit neutralizes noxious gas from the synthetic gas supplied from the cooling unit. The secondary combustion unit is connected to the washing unit, and burns the refined synthetic gas so as to produce energy.
