摘要: 본 발명은 전기로의 슬래그 배출 도어 장치에 관한 것으로 전기로의 슬래그 배출구에 장착되며 도어 작동 기기에 의해 작동되어 슬래그 배출구를 개폐하는 도어부재의 하단부가 상기 도어 받침부재와 일부분 겹쳐짐과 동시에 도어 받침부재의 단차부에 하단부의 하면이 지지됨으로써 슬래그 배출구를 통해 슬래그가 유출되는 것을 방지하는 것이다.
본 발명은 전기로의 제강 조업 시 슬래그의 유출을 방지하여 슬래그 유출에 따른 용강의 품질 저하를 방지하고, 용강의 품질을 향상시키는 효과가 있다.
본 발명은 슬래그의 재활용 시 유용 유가 금속 산화물의 회수율을 높여 경제성을 증대시키는 효과가 있다.-

CONSTITUTION: A door device for a heating furnace comprises an extraction door part (101), an inner wait part (102), a moving part (103), and a driving part (104). The extraction door part vertically moves to open and close one side of the heating furnace. The inner wait part is connected to the extraction door part to move backward from the extraction door part. The moving part is positioned above the heating furnace and moves backward the extraction door part and the inner wait part from each other to open and close one side of the heating furnace. The driving part drives the moving part to move the extraction door part and the inner wait part.

CONSTITUTION: A vacuum heat treatment furnace comprises a chamber(110) providing a space for heat treating an object, a door(120) opening and closing the opening of the chamber, a pivot shaft(130) connected to the door to form the rotational center axis of the door, and a door support(140) connecting the door and the pivot shaft. A bearing is embedded in the pivot shaft to help smooth rotation of the door. A door deformation correcting member is provided in a door connecting part of the door support to correct deformation or drooping of the door.

摘要: PURPOSE: A door structure of a heating furnace is provided to prevent the excessive inflow of exterior air by coping with the skew of carried semi-products. CONSTITUTION: A door structure of a heating furnace comprises a furnace body(10) and a plurality of blocking panels(110,120). The furnace body has an entrance and an exit on both sides through which semi-products are loaded and discharged, and is provided with a door(20) which opens and closes the entrance and the exit. The blocking panels are arranged on the rims of the entrance and the exit and coupled to the entrance and the exit with connecting units. The blocking panels are rotated upon contact with semi-products and then restored to the original position.

摘要: A device for preventing a flame of a passing aperture for a billet extractor of a heating furnace from being emitted is provided to prohibit temperature of the heating furnace from being decreased as the flame is emitted and to prevent environmental pollution and contamination of a circumferential facility. A device for preventing a flame of a passing aperture for a billet extractor of a heating furnace from being emitted(1) comprises a flame shutting member(10), an operating rod passing port, a contact roll(50), and a guide member(70). The flame shutting member is assembled larger than a passing aperture of a wall body. The operating rod passing port is formed at a center portion of the flame shutting member. An extractor operating rod is passed through the operating rod passing port. The contact roll is projected horizontally at an upper part of the flame shutting member and contacted with the extractor operating rod which is lifted at the passing aperture(102) of the heating furnace(100). The guide member is installed at the wall body of the heating furnace to support a body member which moves integrally when the extractor operating rod is moved up and down.

摘要: The present invention relates to a melting furnace device for molten nonferrous metal and, more specifically, to a melting furnace device for molten nonferrous metal capable of reducing the loss of materials, fuel, manpower, and electric power caused by cooling molten metal in a die casting or casting factory and product defects caused due to the component variation of nonferrous alloys by preventing the rapid temperature degradation of the molten metal and maintaining the proper temperatures of the molten metal because an outlet through which a ladle for discharging the molten metal can pass is arranged on a cover of a melting furnace in which the molten nonferrous metal, such as aluminum, is stored to reduce the opened and closed number of the cover. The melting furnace device for molten nonferrous metal comprises: a body having an inlet of which the upper part is opened, and storing the molten nonferrous metal inside thereof; the cover for opening and closing the inlet arranged in the upper part of the body; and a heating unit for heating the materials stored inside the body. Also, the melting furnace device for molten nonferrous metal has the outlet formed on the cover to put the ladle for discharging the molten metal.
