본 고안에 따른 터널 킬른용 내화갑 받침판은, SUH-CB 내열주강 소재로 주조에 의하여 일체로 이루어지고, 상면 및 저면에 격자형 보강리브(12, 14)가 차례로 형성되며, 가장자리에 나란하게 돌출형성된 내/외측 돌출벽(16, 18)에 의하여 내화갑의 외부갑(40) 하단을 착탈가능하게 결합할 수 있는 그루브(20)가 형성된 받침판본체(10)와; 상기 외측 돌출벽(18)의 양쪽 내면에 차례로 용접되는 한 쌍의 후크(30, 30);를 포함하여 이루어진다. 따라서, 받침판 본체(10)가 주조에 의해 일체로 형성되어 있을 뿐만 아니라 구조적으로 응접부가 없는 고내열강도의 구조를 가지고 있기 때문에 열변형이 발생하지 않는다.
