A device(1) for preventing a temperature drop of a reheating furnace due to inflow of external air comprises: partition walls(120) for partitioning an inlet and a charging zone of the reheating furnace; an external air blocking member(10) formed on the partition walls to suppress inflow of the external air into the reheating furnace; an inflow air temperature increasing member(30) formed in the circumference of charging equipment-passing holes(102a) of the partition walls to suppress a temperature drop of the reheating furnace by increasing temperature of external air(W1) flown in through the charging equipment-passing holes; and an auxiliary external air blocking member(50) of a refractory block formed at the inlet side of the charging equipment-passing holes of the partition walls under the external air blocking member of the partition walls and longitudinally extended in the downward direction from front faces of the partition walls to both sides of the charging equipment-passing holes. The external air blocking member is provided as a refractory block horizontally installed on upper portions of the partition walls toward a charging hole of the reheating furnace to block external air flown over the partition walls.

A reheating furnace body structure with improved thermal efficiency comprises: an outer layer member provided at an outer side of a reheating furnace; a refractory layer formed on an inner side of the outer layer member; a refractory structure formed on an inner side of the refractory layer to increase radiation area or gas residence time; and a surface curved refractory layer formed on at least a portion of the refractory structure to increase radiation area or gas residence time by cooperating with the refractory structure. The refractory layer includes at least two layers of fire brick(30), or the fire brick and a castable layer(40).

    摘要: A door for drawing a heating furnace is provided to preclude damage of a cooling water supply line and a return line by removing cracks for emitting high temperature heat of the heating furnace outside. A door for drawing a heating furnace comprises a cooling part(40) for placing cooling water, a refractory(60), and plural edge parts(80). The refractory is installed at one side of the cooling part toward inside of the heating furnace. The plural edge parts are placed at the outside of the cooling part to fix the periphery of the refractory, and separated not to deform each other even if heat-expanded by heat of the heating furnace. A tip end of the edge parts is curved inward to fix the refractory. The cooling part consists of a cooling water supply line(140), and a cooling water return line(150). The cooling water supply line and the cooling water return line are connected at the outside of the cooling part.
