CONSTITUTION: A door device for a heating furnace comprises an extraction door part (101), an inner wait part (102), a moving part (103), and a driving part (104). The extraction door part vertically moves to open and close one side of the heating furnace. The inner wait part is connected to the extraction door part to move backward from the extraction door part. The moving part is positioned above the heating furnace and moves backward the extraction door part and the inner wait part from each other to open and close one side of the heating furnace. The driving part drives the moving part to move the extraction door part and the inner wait part.

The extraction door driving unit vertically moves the extraction door. The contact guiding unit is arranged in the extraction stage and generates electromagnetic force to pull the extraction door toward the extraction stage. The control unit controls the operation of the extraction door driving unit and the contact guiding unit.

The close adhering guide part is installed at the extraction end, and draws the extraction door to the extraction stage by generating an electromechanical power. The control unit controls an operation of the extraction door driver part and the close adhering guide part.

CONSTITUTION: A heating furnace comprises a body, an upper door, a lower door(120), an upper door driving unit, a lower door driving unit(130), and a control unit(40). The body has an exit hole which is opened and closed by the upper and lower doors. The upper and lower door driving units move the upper and lower doors up and down, respectively. The control unit controls the operations of the upper and lower door driving units. A displacement sensor(121) is provided in the lower door to detect a moving object passing through the upper side of the lower door and measure the distance between the top of the lower door and the moving object. The displacement sensor transmits the measurement value to the control unit so that the control unit controls the operations of the upper and lower door driving units according to the measurement value.
