    摘要: PURPOSE: An electrode device, which is applied with a water cooling method which can circulates water in only an electrode device, is provided to form the path which circulates the gas which is indirectly cooled by the cooling water in a coil. CONSTITUTION: An electrode device comprises a first electrode terminal part(210) and a second electrode terminal part(220). The first and second electrode terminal parts are respectively connected to a coil in order to offer the induction power to the coil. The coil heats the objects through the heat of resistance by the electromagnetic induction. The first electrode terminal part receives and discharges cooling water after circulation. The first electrode terminal part indirectly cools the gas, provided from outside, using the circulation of the cooling water circulating. The first electrode terminal part supplies the gas cooling to the coil. The second electrode terminal part discharges the gas cooling to outside.

    摘要: PURPOSE: A high-frequency induction heating method using a water-exclusive coil and a high-frequency induction furnace using the same are provided to prevent an explosion accident resulting from the leakage of cooling water by using a graphite coil as a high-frequency induction coil to eliminate the need of cooling water. CONSTITUTION: A high-frequency induction furnace using a water-exclusive coil comprises a crucible(14), a high-frequency induction coil, and a high-frequency generator(13). The crucible is arranged in a vacuum chamber(10) to melt or cast a material. The high-frequency induction coil is formed in a spiral form outside the crucible and provides high-frequency induction current to heat the crucible with induced heat. The high-frequency generator supplies high-frequency current to the high-frequency induction coil. The high-frequency induction coil is a graphite coil(11) made from graphite.

    摘要: A rotary-type high frequency induction melting furnace is provided to maximize operation efficiency by melting a solid material continually. A rotary-type high frequency induction melting furnace(100) comprises a rectangular melting square tube(8), a conveying pipe(11), and an insertion hopper(12). The melting square tube includes a high frequency induction coil(1), a plurality of tapping ports(2), and a moving support unit(3). The high frequency induction coil is installed at an outer peripheral surface of the melting square tube. The plural tapping ports are installed at the outer peripheral surface of a rear end portion for the melting square tube at regular intervals. The moving support unit is installed at front and rear end portions of the melting square tube and supported by a guide roller(4). The moving support unit which is installed at the rear end portion is fixed to a rotating axis(7) of a rotary motor(6) by a coupling(5) and rotated. The conveying pipe is connected with a front end portion of the melting square tube and formed with a conveying screw(10) moved by a conveying motor(9). The insertion hopper is connected with the front end portion of the conveying pipe integrally.
