A fabric from radioactive ray shield is provided to improve radiation shielding effect by uniformly dispersing the organic iodine-based radiation contrast compound and barium sulphate into the coating layer through lamination of NEUTRON shield layer. A fabric from radioactive ray shield comprises a first and the second radiation shielding layer(1), a first and the second non-permeability resin layer(3), and neutron shielding layer(2). The polyurethanes resin spread layer is formed in the surface of the first and the second radiation line shielding layer. A first and the second non-permeability resin layer is made of the polyolefin resin or the inorganic material. The sheet is made of an ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE: Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene) of 3 parts by weight or 15, a first class of 10 or 100 parts by weight, blowing agent of 01 or 10 parts by weight and extrusion / foaming of the auxiliary blowing agent of 50 or 0.5 parts by weight.

Radiation shielding material includes a first and a second impermeable resin layers(1) and a neutron shielding layer(2). The first and the second impermeable resin layers are made of polyolefin resin or polyolefin resin containing inorganic material. The neutron shielding layer is formed through mixing/extruding/cooling of thermoplastic polyolefin with 10 to 50 weight % and remaining molten paraffin. The thermoplastic polyolefin contains UHMWPE(Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene) with 1 to 5 weight %. The neutron shielding layer is a sheet having minute air holes. The size of the air hole is 1 to 0.001 mum and the porosity of the air hole is 30 to 90%.

A radiation shielding fabric capable of shielding radiation without use of lead is provided to easily form a radiation shielding layer on which barium sulphate is uniformly distributed by uniformly dispersing the barium sulphate inside a coating layer. A radiation shielding fabric comprises a first and a second radiation shielding layers(1), a first and a second non-permeability resin layers(3), and a neutron shielding layer(2). A coating layer is formed on a surface of the first and the second radiation shielding layers, and is made of polyurethane resin. The sheet having a meshed air bubble structure is dipped into melting paraffin, and is sealed between the non-permeability resin layers.

PURPOSE: A neutron ray absorption sheet and a gamma-ray shielding sheet, a garment using the same, and a manufacturing method of the garment are provided to shield radiation having straight-ability and to absorb radiation which does not have the straight-ability and to improve stability by preventing toxicity. CONSTITUTION: A neutron radiation absorption sheet(180) is manufactured by mixing a synthesized material to powder boron carbide. The neutron radiation absorption sheet is formed into a sheet shape having flexibility and stability. A gamma ray shielding sheet(140) is combined with the neutron radiation absorption sheet. The gamma ray shielding sheet is manufactured by mixing the synthesized material to lead which is power type. The synthesized material comprises the ester highly polymerized compound of an isocyanate group.

The sheet is formed through mixing/extruding/foaming process of thermoplastic polyolefin with 100 weight part, foam agent with 0.1 to 10 weight part, foam making agent and bridge making agent with 0.5 to 50 weight part. A compound contains elements having diameter less than 10mum, selected from gold, silver, copper, tungsten, molybdenum, barium, antimony, aluminum, bismuth, iron, strontium, zirconium and titanium. The sheet has a meshed air hole structure and is dipped into molten paraffin. The sheet is sealed up between impermeable resin layers. The sealed sheet is cooled at a melting point or less of the paraffin and the melting point is 47 to 65 °C. The porosity of the sheet is 30 to 90 %.
