시스템 제어회로(5)는, 인터페이스(14)를 거친 데이터통신에 의해, 인터페이스(14)에 접속된 외부기기가 데이터를 축적유지 가능한 기기인지 아닌지를 판정한다. 시스템 제어회로(5)는, 외부기기 판정결과에 의거하여, 예를 들면 외부기기가 축적유지 가능한 기기일 때는, 스위치(13)를 오프상태로 제어하고. 인터페이스(14)를 거친 외부기기에의 오디오 데이터의 전송을 정지한다. 이 결과, 위법카피가 유효하게 방지된다.

PURPOSE: A transmission apparatus, a recording control system, a method of transmission, a method of recording control, a recording apparatus and a method for recording are provided to make establish a balance between the cost and profit of a CONSTITUTION: A transmission apparatus for data transmission includes an indicator(12), a transmission controller(16), and a pass/fail controller(14). The indicator(12) indicates the speed of transmission at which data is transmitted. The transmission controller(16) uses variably one of various data transmission control method responding to the indication of the data transmission speed. The pass/fail controller(14) changes the data transmission control method responding to a pass/fail output of the transmission apparatus.

PURPOSE: A method for managing copy generation, an information signal record device, an information signal output device, and an information signal reproduction device are provided to control the copy of an information signal such as an image signal. CONSTITUTION: A method for managing copy generation is characterized by performing are-record management of other additional information on the basis of additional information according to an electronic water mark information. An information signal record device comprises a detection portion for detecting an electronic water mark information, a record control portion for controlling the permission of a record, and a re-recording portion for performing the re-record of output information. An information signal output device comprises a detection portion for detecting an electronic water mark information and a re-recording portion for performing the re-record of output information. PURPOSE: A method is provided to protect communication data when a bus reset signal is generated, while transmitting data between nodes. CONSTITUTION: A method for protecting communication data between nodes comprises the steps of: setting up data communication which is necessary for synchronization transmission, to have a priority for a bus reset; transmitting time information to a display device by a corresponding node of the data communication, which is reserved or processing; receiving the corresponding node and the time information, and displaying on screen; detecting a previous state, right before the bus reset is generated, and deciding necessity of the bus reset; deciding whether the data communication between the nodes is performed; deciding whether the priority of the data communication is higher than a priority of the bus reset; and processing the data communication without stopping.
