Abstract:
PURPOSE: A rectangular slim speaker is provided to form a thin speaker by minimizing a space between a damper and a lead wire. CONSTITUTION: A rectangular slim speaker comprises a frame having a space in the inner surface, at least one magnetic circuit part(220), a vibration plate(100), an electromagnetic field part(230), and a damper part. The magnetic circuit part comprises a magnetic force support stand(222) installed in the frame, a lower permanent magnet(224) arranged in the upper side of the stand, a plate(226), and an upper permanent magnet(228). The vibration plate is assembled in the upper side of the frame. The electromagnetic field part has a voice coil(232) vibrating the vibration plate. The damper part supports the lower part of the voice coil. The damper part supplies power to the electromagnetic field part.

본 발명은 비주얼 스피커의 음질을 향상시키기 위해 음을 방출하는 콘페이퍼및 콘페이퍼의 위에 씌워져 있는 플렉시블 OLED의 유동력을 제어하는 장치에 관한 것이다. 상기 목적으로 본 발명에 따른 장치는 보이스코일, 마그네트, 에지,유니트 인클로저 , 비디오 영상이 디스플레이되는 플랙시블 OLED 및 스피커 콘페이퍼를 포함하는 비주얼 스피커에 있어서, 음향이 방출되는 스피커 콘페이퍼와 상기 스피커 콘 페이퍼위에 씌워져 있는플렉시블 OLED와 상기 에지와, 상기 유니트 인클로저가 내부에는 압축가스가 채워져 있는 일체의 밀폐형구조로 형성되며, 상기 내부의 압축가스의 압력을 조절하기 위한 압축피스톤 및 압축가스조절장치를 포함하여 상기 플랙시블 OLED 및 스피커 콘페이퍼의 유동력을 제어할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 한다. 비주얼 스피커, 플랙시블 OLED, 콘페이퍼, 밀폐형 유니트 인클로저
Abstract:
A cone paper changing device for a speaker is provided to reproduce the optimal music with the sound quality and tone color which a user requires by changing the shape of the cone paper by controlling an EQ function. One part of a cone paper(10) is wide and the other part of the cone paper is narrow. A moving device is installed in the other part of the cone paper. The moving device is composed of a first electromagnet with the polarity different from an adjacent surface of a permanent magnet(20) and a second electromagnet of the polarity equal to the adjacent surface of the permanent magnet. The other part of the cone paper is inserted between the first electromagnet and the second electromagnet. At least two guide protrusions or more are formed in an inner circumference of the first electromagnet with a constant interval. The moving device is movable inserted into a support rob(40) with a cylindrical shape. A plurality of guide grooves(41) into which the guide protrusion are formed in an external circumference of the support rob. The permanent magnet is installed in one end of the support rob. A hitching part(50) is installed in the other part of the support rod to limit the movement of the moving device.

A full-gamut single-body sound membrane that conforms to a physical property of sounding is provided to reduce cost of peripheral devices and to improve response efficiency. A speaker includes a sound membrane(2), a dust cover(3), a voice coil(4), a steel core(5), a magnet(6), a washer(7), a damper(8), and a frame(9). The sound membrane includes a high-strength fabric layer(21), a middle-strength fabric layer(22), and a low-strength fabric layer(23). The high-strength fabric layer is used for regenerating a high-pitched tone and has a high-strength beating structure. The middle-strength fabric layer is used for regenerating a middle-pitched tone and has a middle-strength beating structure. The low-strength fabric layer is used for regenerating a low-pitched tone and has a low-strength beating structure.

A movable vibrating body with a permanent magnet, a main frame with a voice coil, and a speaker unit disassembling type speaker are provided to freely manufacture a flat frames such as a table, a folding screen, and a picture frame to manufacture speakers having various characteristics. A voice coil unit functions as a speaker which outputs voice by the mutual electromagnetic action with a movable vibrating body(300) with a permanent magnet(20). The voice coil unit functions as an electromagnet by winding a voice coil(10) of a main frame such as a table, a folding screen, or a picture frame around an iron core(10'). When contacting the movable vibrating body having the permanent magnet to the voice coil unit, the voice coil unit outputs voice by receiving an electric signal from an audio source(200) and vibrating the movable vibrating body.

A speaker which uses a waterproof vibrating plate manufactured by a method comprising forming a water-repelling layer comprising a wax on the surface of a paper pulp in a suspension of the paper pulp by the use of a wax-based emulsion, then forming a binder layer comprising a rosin or an alkyl ketene dimer on the surface of said water-repelling layer in said suspension by the use of a sizing agent based on a rosin or an alkyl ketene dimer, and further forming an oil-repelling layer comprising a fluorine-containing resin on the surface of said binder layer in said suspension by the use of a fluorine-containing resin emulsion, followed by paper-making, forming and heat-drying.

PURPOSE: A speaker is provided to realize replay sound with less distortion by enhancing adhesiveness between a diaphragm and a voice coil. CONSTITUTION: A speaker includes a diaphragm(101), an edge(102), and a voice coil. The diaphragm includes a groove(103) with a concave section and is horizontally or vertically elongated. The edge includes a substantially semicircular-shaped section and is coupled with an outer circumference of the diaphragm. The coil is coupled with the groove and is thicker than a depth of the groove. The coil has a section where a dimension in a direction parallel with the diaphragm is longer than that in a direction perpendicular to the diaphragm.

PURPOSE: A speaker screen is provided to prevent a messy desk due to a power line and connection line according to the installation of a separate speaker, thereby providing organized feelings on the desk. CONSTITUTION: A panel(30) comprises a space part arranged in the inside of the panel, an opening part arranged in the rear side of the panel, and one or more punch holes arranged in one front surface side of the panel. A support plate(20) is combined in order to cover the opening part of the panel. A speaker unit(40) is installed in the space part of the panel through a combining hole without interference between the panel and support plate. A support bar(50) is combined in the lower end of the support plate. An amplifier unit(51) connected to the speaker unit is installed in one side of the support bar. An L shaped height control bracket includes a vertical part combined in the rear surface of the support plate and a horizontal part combined in the lower surface of an upper desk plate.
