The hallow concrete panel is manufactured by the stages of preparing mould of a rectangular pillar, perpendicularly installing 0.1-0.3 mm flexible plastic tubes side by side in the mould, pouring into the tubes liquid e.g. salt water having more specific gravity than that of concrete paste, stuffing concrete paste in the mould without shock, curing and demoulding. The process enables us to make cavity with ease in concrete panel. The produced concrete panel has a light weight and good insulating and soundproofing.

The present invention relates to a cast which is formed to simultaneously produce multiple arch blocks which form an arch structure in a lump when completing an arch structure by arranging a block assembly to form an arch shape after producing the block assembly by connecting the multiple arch blocks which are manufactured with precast concrete in a longitudinal direction. The cast provided by the present invention produces multiple arch blocks (100), which have a downward tapered shape in which the width of a lower side (102) is smaller than the width of the upper side (101), in the longitudinal direction in a lump at the same time by including: a bottom cast plate (10) which forms the lower side (102) of the arch block (100); a longitudinal lateral surface tilt cast plate (20) which is installed on the bottom cast plate (10) with multiple intervals in the longitudinal direction and forms the tilted longitudinal direction lateral surfaces (103, 104) of the arch block (100); a pair of transverse surface cast plate (30) which forms the transverse direction side of multiple arch blocks (100) at the same time by being vertically erected; a termination part tile finishing plate (40) which is respectively installed to be tilted in both ends of the longitudinal direction of the bottom cast plate (10).

The bottom plate has receiving grooves in which protrusions protruded from the bottom of the separation plate and protrusions protruded from the bottom of the rear side plate are inserted. The separation plate has a locking protrusion (33) having a locking groove in which a wedge is inserted to fix the front side plate. A screw hole is formed at the center of the separation plate to fasten the fastening bolts.

A mold form apparatus for manufacturing a concrete block for precast embedded rail system is provided. A mold form apparatus for manufacturing a concrete block for precast embedded rail system according to the present invention includes: an outer frame to which concrete mortar is injected and forms a block; and an inner frame which is installed on the bottom surface of the outer frame and forms a rail groove by a space formed inside. The inner frame comprises: a body which is combined to separate a lower plate and a side wall, has both ends and upper part opened and has a space inside; a partition wall which is engaged to the body for partitioning the space; and a support unit which is engaged to the space for supporting the lower plate and side wall. According to the above, the mold form apparatus of the present invention improves the durability by remarkably increasing the density of upper part of the finally formed concrete block for precast embedded rail system is much greater than the density of lower part of the same by curing the concrete while keeping the top surface of the precast concrete block for precast embedded rail system down.

PURPOSE: A concrete curing apparatus of a girder and a manufacturing method of a girder using the same are provided to shorten curing time by heating concrete, which is poured in a mold, in a short time once being installed. CONSTITUTION: A concrete curing apparatus of a girder includes a form and a steam supplying pipe(130). The form includes a form board and at least one closed section member(113,114). The closed section members are extended and arranged on the exterior of the form board along the one-way direction in one line or more. The close section members have a lot of vapor efflux holes, which are toward the surface of the form board and are spaced from each other. The steam supplying pipe is mounted at the entrance of the closed section members of the form, and supplies high temperature steam into the closed section members. The high temperature steam, which is supplied from the steam supplying pipe, is supplied along the closed section members and is discharged through the steam efflux holes, such that the form board is heated.
