Abstract: The present invention relates to a corner stand provided with a vent and a rooftop waterproofing method using same. According to the present invention, the corner stand provided with the vent is used to facilitate waterproofing of a rooftop corner section and an embedded fixing member is used to improve a fixing force between a rooftop floor and a waterproof sheet so that waterproof sheet birdcaging is prevented and waterproof sheet damage, waterproofing function damage, malfunctioning, and the like attributable to waterproof sheet shaking can be prevented. The present invention includes a fixing unit where the corner stand disposed in the corner section of the rooftop is arranged in a diagonal direction between a wall surface and a floor surface and first and second supporting portions that are respectively in contact with the wall surface and the floor surface to support the fixing unit and form a vent between the wall surface and the floor surface and the fixing unit. According to the rooftop waterproofing method of the present invention, a floor surface of a rooftop is arranged, a corner stand is fixed to a rooftop corner section, an embedded fixing member is fixed to the rooftop floor surface for only an upper surface to be exposed, the floor surface is laid with a felt, the embedded fixing member site is cut with scissors for only an upper surface of the embedded fixing member to be exposed, a waterproof sheet is laid on the felt, the waterproof sheet and the embedded fixing member are bonded to each other by thermal bonding, the adjacent waterproof sheets are attached to each other, and the corner stand and the waterproof sheet disposed in the rooftop corner section are attached by thermal bonding.
