PURPOSE: A repairing material with an oil-modified alkyd resin and an asphalt repairing technique using the same are provided to simultaneously secure the simplicity and the stability of construction regardless of moisture in the repairing region of asphalt. CONSTITUTION: A repairing material with an oil-modified alkyd resin includes 70-85 weight% of dry aggregate, 5-15 weight% of silica, 2-15 weight% of an oil-modified alkyd resin as a main binder, 1-7 weight% of a methane diisocyanate(MDI) hardener, 0.5-10 weight% of an asphalt emulsion and a colored pigment, and 1-7 weight% of a 4,4-diphenyl MDI hardener. The repairing material further includes 0.005-0.03% of a hardening accelerator based on total weight of the repairing material. The repairing material is filled in the damaged region of asphalt.

PURPOSE: Light heat-insulating mortar and a construction method using the same are provided to minimize environmental contamination while reducing manufacturing costs by recycling waste extruded polystyrene foam, and to improve compressive strength, thermal insulation and waterproof properties. CONSTITUTION: Light heat-insulating mortar comprises 30 ~ 60 parts of extruded polystyrene foam by weight processed to a sand grain form, 135 ~ 600 parts of cement by weight, light heat-insulating mortar compositions including 135 ~ 300 parts of ceramic by weight, 400 ~ 500 parts of yellow soil by weight, and 400 ~ 500 parts of zeolite by weight, and a waterproof hardening compositions including 270 ~ 390 parts of cement coated waterproof materials by weight. A weight ratio of the light heat-insulating mortar compositions and the waterproof hardening compositions is 4.1 : 1 ~ 5.1 : 1 respectively.

A method for manufacturing a super lightweight fine inorganic aggregate comprises the following steps of: aging a raw material containing waste glass powder, foaming agent, organic/inorganic binder and one or more additives selected from the group consisting of an auxiliary agent, diatomite, fly ash and perlite powder; primarily molding the aged material into an aggregate and secondarily molding the aggregate; foaming the aggregate; and fast-cooling the foamed aggregate. Provided is a building panel using hemp and lime, which releases anions and far infrared rays, has antibacterial and deodorant functions, and shields ultraviolet rays and electromagnetic waves. The building panel using hemp and lime is manufactured by the steps of: mixing 25-35wt% of loess dried in a natural state for 3-4 days, 13-17wt% of the inner stem of hemp, 4-6wt% of the outer stem of hemp, 4-6wt% of hemp fiber, 35-45wt% of quicklime, and 4-6wt% of clay mineral pegmatite powder; thereto adding a hardener; and compressing the mixture into a panel using a press with a capacity of 250-300 tons. The hardener is a seaweed.
