The method includes receiving a DRX configuration via radio resource control (RRC) signaling, the DRX configuration including a first configuration for configuring a DRX cycle by an integer value; determining whether the DRX configuration includes a second configuration for configuring the DRX cycle by a non-integer value; and in a case that the DRX configuration includes the second configuration, applying the second configuration instead of the first configuration for configuring the DRX cycle.

摘要: A method performed by a UE for a Small Data Transmission (SDT) procedure is provided. The method comprises receiving, from a Base Station (BS), a Radio Resource Control (RRC) release message including an SDT configuration while the UE is in an RRC_CONNECTED state; transitioning to an RRC_INACTIVE state from the RRC_CONNECTED state in response to receiving the RRC release message; and determining, by an RRC layer of the UE, whether to initiate the SDT procedure based on the SDT configuration when the RRC layer receives a first indication from a Medium Access Control (MAC) layer of the UE, wherein the first indication indicates whether at least one condition for initiating the SDT procedure is fulfilled or not.

摘要: A prediction image generation is provided. First and second luminance values corresponding, respectively, to first and second positions on a luminance image are derived. First and second chrominance values corresponding, respectively, to first and second positions on a chrominance image are derived. First and second difference values indicate, respectively, a first difference between the first and second luminance values and a second difference between the first and second chrominance values. A shift value is derived for a shift operation and a first parameter is derived by using the first and second difference values, and a second parameter is derived by using the second luminance value, the second chrominance value, the first parameter, and the shift value according to a formula. The shift value is set to a first threshold if a value derived by using the first and second difference values is less than the first threshold.

摘要: A UE and a method for handling multiplexing UCI are provided. The method receives an RRC configuration including a first PUCCH resource configuration and a second PUCCH resource configuration. The method obtains a first set of PUCCH resources in a first sub-slot and a second set of PUCCH resources in a second sub-slot, where the first sub-slot overlaps the second sub-slot. The method performs a first UCI multiplexing procedure after determining that a first PUCCH resource of the first set of PUCCH resources overlaps a second PUCCH resource of the second set of PUCCH resources and a timing constraint for multiplexing is satisfied. The first PUCCH resource is associated with transmission of first UCI. The first UCI multiplexing procedure includes selecting a third PUCCH resource from the second set of PUCCH resources and multiplexing the first UCI in the third PUCCH resource.

摘要: A system and a method of random access resource selection are provided. The method includes a target Base Station (BS) transmitting a first Synchronization Signal Block (SSB) to a User Equipment (UE), the first SSB associated with a first contention-free random access resource for the UE to transmit a random access preamble; the target BS transmitting a second SSB to the UE, the second SSB associated with a contention-based random access resource; and in a case that a first Synchronization Signal-Reference Signal Received Power (SS-RSRP) of the first SSB is not greater than an SS-RSRP threshold and a second SS-RSRP of the second SSB is greater than the SS-RSRP threshold, the target BS receiving the random access preamble from the UE using the contention-based random access resource.

摘要: According to the present invention, transmission is efficiently and repeatedly performed within a slot. The number of repetitions in the slot is calculated using OFDM symbol allocation in a slot notified using a predetermined field during RRC signaling or DCI formatting and the number of divisions in the slot notified by the RRC signaling (or the number of OFDM symbols serving as repetition unit). When the calculated number of repetitions does not satisfy a predetermined condition, repeated transmission is not performed.
