摘要: A base station (BS) and a method for configuring uplink control information (UCI) multiplexing performed by a BS are provided. The method includes: transmitting, to a user equipment (UE), a Radio Resource Control (RRC) configuration to configure a first sequence and a second sequence; transmitting, to the UE, a first downlink control information (DCI) format including a first indicator and a second DCI format including a second indicator; and receiving, from the UE, a UCI message which is multiplexed by the UE based on one of a first value corresponding to the first indicator and a second value corresponding to the second indicator. The first value corresponding to the first indicator is determined by the UE based on the first sequence. The second value corresponding to the second indicator is determined by the UE based on the second sequence.

摘要: A method performed by a BS for handling repetitions of transmissions is provided. The method includes transmitting an RRC configuration including a first parameter configured with a first value and a second parameter configured with at least one second value; and transmitting DCI on a PDCCH scheduling a PUSCH transmission. The DCI enables the UE to select one of the first parameter and the second parameter to determine a number of PUSCH repetitions; determine the number of PUSCH repetitions as the first value when the first parameter is selected; determine the number of PUSCH repetitions as one of the at least one second value indicated by the DCI when the second parameter is selected; and perform the PUSCH transmission for a number of times based on the number of PUSCH repetitions. A BS using the aforementioned method is also provided.

The first set of PUCCH resource IDs and the second set of PUCCH resource IDs share no common PUCCH resource ID.

摘要: A method performed by a User Equipment (UE) is provided. The method further includes the UE receiving Downlink Control Information (DCI) on a Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) scheduling a Physical Uplink Shared Channel (PUSCH) transmission, selecting, according to the DCI, one of the first parameter and the second parameter to determine a number of PUSCH repetitions for the PUSCH transmission, determining the number of PUSCH repetitions for the PUSCH transmission as the first value when the first parameter is selected, determining the number of PUSCH repetitions for the PUSCH transmission as one of the at least one second value indicated by the DCI when the second parameter is selected, and performing the PUSCH transmission for a number of times based on the number of PUSCH repetitions.

摘要: A method for a user equipment (UE) to monitor a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) is provided. The method receives, while being in a radio resource control (RRC) CONNECTED state, from a base station (BS), an RRC release message that includes a small data transmission (SDT) configuration. After receiving the RRC release message, the method transitions to an RRC_INACTIVE state from the RRC_CONNECTED state in response to receiving the RRC release message. The method then initiates an SDT procedure based on the SDT configuration. The method further determines whether a search space set associated with an SDT search space is received from the BS. The method monitors the PDCCHby monitoring the search space set during the SDT procedure when the search space set is received from the BS.
