摘要： A front cover, a rear cover and a base portion are crushed into a crushed material, and further pelletized into a recycled plastic pellet. The recycled plastic pellet is used as a part of a molding material to produce mold plastic parts for a photosensitive material. When the molding material is melt in heat, a thermoplastic resin is deteriorated by heat or modified. Therefore, properties and qualities of recycled plastic mold parts are less than those of new ones. Further, when the thermoplastic resin is deteriorated by heat, the photosensitive material reacts with the thermoplastic resin to decomposed products having an bad influence on photographic characteristics. In order to prevent the deterioration by heat, oxidation inhibiting materials are added, and in order to absorb the decomposed products, carbon blacks are added.

摘要： A stop lever is rotatable on a light shielding tunnel with an exposure aperture. When the stop lever is at a fast shutter speed position, a support pad is located below a lower metal plate of a synchronization switch of a flash circuit. The support pad holds the lower metal plate to limit rotation of a shutter blade, so that photography is carried out at a fast shutter speed. The synchronization switch is turned on after the exposure aperture is fully open. When the stop lever is at a slow shutter speed position, a support pad is away from the lower metal plate to obtain a slow shutter speed. It is possible to obtain a fast shutter speed by providing a light shielding tunnel with a fixed stopper to limit rotation of the shutter speed, and a slow shutter speed by providing a light shielding tunnel without a stopper.

摘要： A lens-fitted photo film unit is preloaded with unexposed photo film. A main body has a cassette holder chamber and a roll holder chamber. The cassette holder chamber contains a cassette shell. The roll holder chamber contains a roll of the photo film drawn from the cassette shell. An exposure unit is secured to the main body between the cassette holder chamber and the roll holder chamber, for providing an exposure in the photo film. An electronic flash unit is secured to the main body, for illuminating a photographic field to be photographed. A battery supplies the flash unit with power, is disposed under the exposure unit, and has at least one portion disposed under the roll holder chamber.

The aspect ratio information includes two dots, and represents an aspect ratio in two bits. The imaging frames are printed in accordance with the aspect ratio. The lens-fitted photo film unit has a viewfinder with a view field of the aspect ratio represented by the aspect ratio information.

摘要： A lens-fitted photo film unit contains a cartridge shell into which an IC memory is incorporated, and a roll of photo filmstrip having a magnetic recording layer. Unit ID data and date-of-manufacture data are written in the IC memory in the factory. A data recording circuit is provided on a flash circuit board. The data recording circuit is connected to the IC memory through a printed circuit board mounted to a cartridge chamber of the film unit. A finder mask and a photo sensor for detecting the position of the finder mask are mounted in the film unit. The photo sensor is connected to the data recording circuit, to write photographic data corresponding to the output of the photo sensor in the IC memory at each exposure. Before printing, the data written in the IC memory is read to be recorded on the magnetic recording layer of the photo filmstrip by use of an external recording device which is connectable to the IC memory through an interface terminal which is exposed to an exterior of the film unit.

摘要： A lens-fitted photo film unit includes a cassette containing chamber and a photo film roll chamber. The cassette containing chamber contains a cassette. The photo film roll chamber contains a roll of unexposed photo film drawn out of the cassette. The cassette incorporates a photo film port shutter rotatable between a closed position to block a photo film passage port and an open position to open the photo film passage port. The photo film is wound into the cassette by one frame after an exposure is taken thereon. A rotating member is connected to the port shutter and rotatable between a first position associated with the open position of the port shutter, and a second position associated with the closed position of the port shutter. The rotating member is disconnected from the port shutter at a time of moving the cassette in the cassette containing chamber for unloading the cassette from the cassette containing chamber. A torsion coil spring rotates the rotating member from the first position to the second position in response to external operation effected prior to moving the cassette in the cassette containing chamber. The cassette is unloaded from the cassette containing chamber after the photo film is wound therein.

摘要： A lens-fitted photographic film unit has a main body, which incorporates a photo-taking mechanism, and is pre-loaded with unexposed photographic film at its rear. A rear cover covers the rear of the main body in light-tight fashion. The rear cover has a pair of hooks. A receiving hole is formed in the main body, in which the hooks are engaged so as to retain the rear cover on the main body unremovably. To separate the rear cover from the main body, a reversal-preventing claw having the receiving hole therein is broken away from the main body, whereby the claw having the receiving hole is retained on the hooks. This prevents used parts from becoming inadvertently mixed up with new parts when certain other parts of used film units are retrieved for reuse.
