摘要： A micro electromechanical switch structure includes a beam that is continuously controllable by adding an actuation electrode proximate to, but outside a beam projection. The beam projection is onto and perpendicular to a plane of the actuation electrode. By placing an actuation electrode beside a beam instead of underneath the beam, the actuation electrode can continuously control the movement of the beam from a rest position to a complete actuation.

摘要： The invention discloses an electronics device for personal use, comprising at least a first main surface, and at least a first antenna for communication via electromagnetic waves between the device and a second party. The antenna is an array antenna comprising at least a first and a second antenna element, and is arranged on said first main surface. Suitably, the electronics device is a portable computer comprising a lid which may be opened or closed, said first main surface being the lid, so that the antenna is arranged in the lid of the portable computer.
