摘要: A system for an ID card identification prevents unauthorized entry to a venue by comparing ID card data for validity and internal matching of a person to a photo on an ID card. The system includes an identification card offered by an individual seeking entry; wherein the identification card includes a photograph of the individual the card is assigned to. An electronic device having a camera thereon takes a photograph of the photograph on the identification card. The electronic device takes a picture of individual offering the identification card for access to the venue. The electronic device verifies the authenticity of the identification card. The electronic device having circuitry and software which determines a match, low match or no match between the individual in the photograph on the identification card and the photograph of the individual presenting the identification card, for entry into the venue.

摘要: A group association system attempts to identify if an individual is “gifted” in any particular area. A group association system is based on brainwave response to stimulation is disclosed. The system including a brainwave stimuli device which provides stimuli to groups of highly skilled, general skilled, and a general population groups, as test stimuli for determination of group association. A brainwave collection device collects brainwaves of individuals, with the brainwave collection device storing collected brainwaves in a brainwave database. A brainwave processing device analyzes brainwaves received from the brainwave database. A brainwave analysis device uses analyst screens, artificial intelligence or machine learning to analyze the brainwaves create at least one signature development module for determination of similar brainwaves related to different individuals' responses to the same stimuli. In addition, at least one signature development module determines which individuals have the same or similar brainwave responses to the same test stimuli.

摘要: The Personal Warning Temperature (PWT) is a method of determining a person's personal warning temperature that defines a fever for that person. The method includes analyzing a person's body temperature measurements taken over time when the person is healthy, in order to find the person's average temperature; standard deviation; a channel defined by an upper and lower temperature bound using the average and standard deviation, and a selected multiplier for the standard deviation, such that nearly all body temperatures fall within the channel; and a personal warning temperature similarly defined using the average, standard deviation, and another selected multiplier for the standard deviation. The method also determines a correction or interpretation of a person's body temperature based on the time of day to account for known variations associated with circadian rhythm. A person can use their personal warning temperature for improved and accelerated awareness of their health status.

摘要: A system and method for international biometric identity verification between two countries; without transferring biometric information between the two countries. The system and method will replace the traditional approach of identification of uniforms and identification cards, which are easily compromised, into a secure approach of leveraging biometric information through a person's identity. This system and method are consistent with the policy of not sharing any biometric information relating to verification of identification of individuals with other countries.

摘要: An armored vehicle with heavy side armor boxes and angled undercarriage armor, utilizing the chassis of overmatch armored vehicles, with a crew compartment for two, a rear door entry, and a blast gap between the side armor and crew compartment. This configuration provides for explosively formed penetrator (EFP) and improvised explosive device (IED) defeat and high levels of crew and vehicle survivability. This configuration allow a light vehicle frame such as a light pick up truck or military HMMWV to withstand very large mine, EFP, IED, and rocket propelled threats.

摘要: The object of our invention is to provide the military wearer the option for placing hard plate body armor externally over his existing fragmentation vest. Our invention allows the wearer to select plate size and location, and then rapidly attach plates to connectors on the fragmentation vest carrier. Our invention's advantage is allowing the user to rapidly increase area of coverage and increased protection levels based on threats or special mission with no modifications to the solder's outer tactical ballistic vest. Our invention comprises at least one ballistic plate, a carrier pocket for the ballistic plate that surrounds the ballistic plate, attachment loops on the pocket, and a readily attachable and detachable mechanical attachment mechanism. The invention attaches to existing attaching points on the soldier's fragmentation vest.

摘要: A helmet in which the material thickness is optimized to utilize multiple defeat mechanisms against a range of threats and to provide varying levels of protection in different areas based on the expected distribution and orientation of threats. Threat types as well as likely threat locations are both used to determine optimal material types and thickness at different points on the helmet to provide the user with the greatest overall level of personal protection possible with a helmet of a given maximum weight.

摘要: The Cooperative Biometrics Abnormality Detection (C-BAD) system is a network of sensors that track personnel throughout physical locations, communications, and computer systems. These systems are then linked to a central computer that contains detailed information on the individual, and rule-based risk, relationship, and abnormality models that will deter. detect, and document possible insiders. It is only at this point that C-BAD will then objectively report suspicious activities to a supervisory team for further investigation. (C-BAD) This System replaces previous current labor-intensive, subjective analysis, which has proven to be a weak deterrent and fraught with human error. C-BAD uses a full spectrum of sensors that identify personnel through the use of contact, contactless, biometrics, smart cards, or a combination of any one of these. The C-BAD central monitoring computer contains an inference engine based on artificial intelligence or a rule-based system, which reviews databases and furnished information.

摘要: This invention adds new excitement to a blackjack type of game allowing the player holding a poor hand more options and chances to gamble for higher returns. The invention allows the player to take two cards (“double-hit”) or three cards (‘triple-hit’) and if the player does not go over 21 and beats the dealer, the player receives odds on the original bet. Alternate versions include allowing the player to double his bet or decrease the original bet in half. Also within this scope of this invention is keeping the original bet, varying the original bet and/or receiving odds against the original bet depending on the number of cards declared.

摘要: Bullet Deflection, Fighting Position Body Armor incorporates a novel bullet defeat mechanism approach different than conventional armor's objective of stopping bullets. Many rifle bullets that are used for military assault rifles are designed to turn or tumble on contact allowing maximum energy to be imparted on the target in minimal penetration distance. Exploiting this bullet/rifle design, deflecting bullets becomes a new attractive solution rather than stopping bullets because significantly less weight required to deflect an "unstable" bullet. Fighting position body armor can be mounted on the user's arms, shoulders and helmet. These locations are not normally protected by conventional body armor thereby providing significant protection when the soldier is in firing/fighting positions. Designs can be made to integrate the Bullet Deflection, Fighting Position Body Armor areas of protection with conventional body armors to optimize weight and areas protected.
